Ecstatic. Great experience working with Quentin & Cam. Had been looking for a full size Lincoln or similar for some time. My God son found one here. 2006 Town Car, near perfect condition, low mileage, Cam provided the Car Fax with detailed past ownership (2) and previous repairs. I've had the sweet baby for over a year and haven't had an issue. My experience with the guys made me confident to send my niece there. My Dad was a Ford fleet manager for 62 years so this was not my first rodeo.

In May of 2019, I purchased a car from this dealer. It was advertised to be in great condition and we were under the impression there were no big issues with the car. After taking it for a test drive, we felt that it was as good as it could be for the year. The brakes were going to need replacing, which didn't seem like a big deal at the time. On the phone, we were told they'd have the CarFax; once we were in-person (from Duluth), they said they did not have it. Looking back, this would have been the first sign to maybe continue our search. Unfortunately, we felt it was a good car for a great price and went through with the purchase. Once home in Duluth, we could smell a burning smell and I made an appointment with my mechanic as soon as I could get it. On that day, I found out the car needs about $3,000 for repairs (paid, in total, around $4,800), including head gaskets, timing belt, sway bar, bushings, brakes, and rotors. Immediately tried to get in contact to receive a refund and return the car. Both owners told me I didn't know what I was talking about. PLEASE save yourself and know there is a better car for you out there. This business is not serving its customers at all and is only looking to make money for themselves.

Purchased a vehicle from them in 2019. It was my first car so I didn’t need anything fancy and found a 2003 Ford Escape there. Everything was great until it was time to get my tabs the following year. Mind you, I had still never received the title to that car and STILL HAVENT! Got a letter at the dmv stating that the title was never released to the dealer from the previous owner. Sent the letter to this dealership and they said they would handle it and I haven’t heard from them since and still no title. The car has since gone to the junkyard because the frame was so terribly rusted that it wasn’t safe to drive anymore and the engine locked up. Would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone.

i purchased a 2006 Subaru Forester from this dealership. The condition of sale was for a few items to be fixed before the time of sale. Quentin promised these would be fixed. I arrived with my daughter (I purchased the car for her), and the check. To my surprise, the work had not been completed. Quentin and Cameron promised the work would be done the following week. After many phone calls and promises, four weeks later the work still is not done. PLEASE count your fingers after you shake hands on a deal with these people. Their reputation and their honor apparently means nothing to them.

Truly one of the worst experiences I have had! We purchased a car and within 2 months there was catastrophic failure of the engine. Two separate shops looked at the vehicle and confirmed that work had been recently done on the vehicle to cover the failure. When confronted with this information they first indicated the car had come directly from auction without any service but would refer us to a mechanic that would give us a "good deal". Two weeks later and the "good deal" has turned into a nightmare of one issue after another. When confronted again, they said the car was a trade in and they couldn't be responsible. I told them they should keep their lies straight. DO NOT buy from them under any circumstances, this is truly a shady business.
