I bought a crv from them and it was the best purchase I made 🫶🏼they sell reliable cars in good condition and I was able to get approved with low credit and low income ❤️

Steve got me in Nissan SUV he went beyond customer service today I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants great customer service.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on February 2nd, and within 2 days the check engine light came on. We had the car scanned and it showed catalytic converter codes and engine issues. When we brought the car back during the 15-day warranty period, the dealership cleared the codes and told us nothing was wrong. Just a few days later the check engine light came back on. We returned again and they kept the car for a day and told us they “cleaned the converter,” but the light came back the same day we got the car back. We were told they would help fix the issue and provide paperwork showing what was done, but after asking multiple times we never received any repair documentation and never heard back about resolving the problem. Now weeks later the car is having more serious issues including engine misfires and power problems. We reported the problem almost immediately after purchase and tried to work with the dealership to resolve it, but we were ignored. Buyers should be very careful and make sure they get full documentation and inspections before purchasing a vehicle here.

I bought a car from this dealership on 12/4/25 after my previous vehicle was stolen. Unfortunately, one week after the purchase, the engine started showing serious mechanical problems. A mechanic confirmed the issue and advised that the problem was not normal for such a short period of ownership. The dealership offered to repair the vehicle at no cost. I agreed to consider this only if they provided a written agreement stating that the repair would be completed properly and that I could take the car to an independent mechanic of my choice for verification afterward. If the car was not confirmed to be in good working condition, the sale would be canceled and my deposit refunded. They said they would confirm this in writing by 5:30 PM 12/18/25, but never followed up. Since then, they have stopped responding to my messages and calls. As of today, I do not have a fully working car, they refuse to take the vehicle back, and they are holding my deposit. The lack of communication and unwillingness to put agreements in writing has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to be very cautious.
