I had a great experience at this dealership from start to finish. Kyle was the one who assisted me, and he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Tread lightly with this dealership. Last year I did in house financing on a 2015 Audi Q7, had just came home from the army and had given them all I had. Before even test driving the battery was dead; had to jumpstart it. Came back the next day to finish purchasing and the same issue, dead battery. Since then I had started to experience MULTIPLE issues from the battery needing to be replaced, AC going out during the summer, oil was low, car would shut off or not start sporadically. I was paying $500 a month for these people to come and pick up my vehicle while I was at work trying to make the money for notes. I had fallen behind because my money was being put into the car, they will not do anything g for you if things start to fall apart. If you do in house financing, YOU WILL have a gps put on your vehicle and they don’t care what your situation is, they will come and get your vehicle without proper notice. I had all of my things in the vehicle including military documents. They didn’t even have enough respect to leave my things. The owner “Kurt Cargle” or however you say his name has absolutely no regard, sympathy or empathy for people who are trying to get their life together because if something goes wrong with the car, it’s on YOU to pay for repairs, the moment you’re late, they are coming for you. At the time I was still trying to transition back to civilian life. I was not only homeless but then left without a car. I’ve gotten my life together in a few months and went to Crysler, Jeep Ram in Bloomington, they put me in a 2022 jeep compass with only 36k miles, low interest rates and the notes are twice less than what I was paying Good to Go for something waaaay older. There’s always better options people, keep looking and don’t settle.

Crazy how they Accused me of abandoning the vehicle. When two Weeks after I got the vehicle the transmission went out on the freeway and had to have the state troopers and a tow guy push it the side of the road. Another thing there was barely any steering wheel fluid in there but Kyle said that’s how bmw’s drive right.? Lie after lie. I could not get it out of the impound because we aren’t the owners that’s what the impound guy said. reached out to him when i found out i couldn’t get the vehicle out but no response again. I told the tow guys to contact him. Loss my job because of all this mess and all he can do is push off the blame on others. I learnt my lesson now I know I hope they can do better next time.

WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS ME AND MY BOYFRIEND PAY OUR CAR NOTE A WEEK AHEAD MIND YOU THE CAR HAD PROBLEMS THE SECOND DAY OF US HAVING IT, the car was always smelling like something was burning badly to the point I could barley drive 30 min without becoming light headed after that it’s been multiple times the car start filling up with smoke we were forced to spend large amounts with certain mechanics just to keep the vehicle in our hands… just for them to never actually fix the issue just take our money the vehicle engine has multiple leaks around the engine that we we’re informed about that are un fixable and cost more than the car which we where told the car was safe to drive and in good condition. This company also have poor communication Kurt likes to throw the problems on other people as if he’s not the owner of the car lot ALL IN ALL THEY HAVE VERY BAD BUSINESS AND ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL-SALES MAN AS A WHOLE I HOPE THIS GETS TO SOME ONE BEFORE THEY WATSE THERE MONEY ON JUST A CAR SHELL Update: They stole my car no where in the contract does it say they will take your car if insurance is lapsed, the car barely made it to Texas since you wanna go there Kurt!! When we brought it to a mechanic in Texas instead of Kurt’s scammer mechanic (if he tries to send you to someone don’t go find your own mechanic) the Texas mechanic found four oil leaks in the engine and turbo which is like $2000 to repair, that was not mentioned during time of sales. I have text messages proof of Kurt saying he just doesn’t wanna do business with me, they will turn your car off and turn it back on and say you messed with the janky GPS system. Kurt was really upset about us taking the car to Texas and he left us stranded for 3 weeks and took all of our money I’m not saying don’t get a car from here, I’m saying whatever you do DO NOT GET A CAR FROM KURT, Kyle sales his own cars that will be your best bet. Because Kurt is a rude, unprofessional, and inhuman person all he cares about is getting your money!!!! I will add the screenshots if this doesn’t change your mind. They reset the dashboard lights so when you buy the car the lights don’t show until a few weeks after you buy the car so they can blame that on you too. If they give you car max paperwork on the car ITS FAKE!!!!!!!!
