Eddie, Juan, and Andy all did a phenomenal job of going above and beyond all expectations by working with me to meet all my needs, including personally delivering my vehicle to my home 3+ hours away. Fantastic, excellent service, and a sweet ride, I’m extremely happy & satisfied with my purchase. UPDATE 1/23/24 : I still love my car, no qualms. They negotiated with me at the time of sale so that I got into the range of what I wanted to pay for the vehicle, which was a reasonable price, in my opinion. I am very familiar with used Audis and their “quirks” and anticipated having to put a little love into it after purchase, which I have done. That’s kind of the catch-22 with smaller used car dealerships - you need know what you’re purchasing before you even go to look at it and keep your expectations in check. I maintain my 5-star review of their establishment AND customer service nearly a year later. Again, they went above and beyond.

Juan is amazing, spent quite a while here on a very hot day and he was very apologetic about it. i knew i needed to finance and even though he found me a rate, he went out of his way to get me a better percentage from someone else. That being said, it is a used car dealership. most of these vehicle you’re gonna step into aren’t gonna run and drive as if they’re brand new, and if you’re not mechanically inclined or don’t know enough about certain makes/models/years , bring someone who is knowledgeable with you. it isn’t on the dealer to tell you every little quirk about certain vehicles, that’s your responsibility. If you are in need of a new vehicle and don’t have the time or finances to go through marketplace or other sites, these guys are the way to go. just do your research on the vehicles you’re looking at and you’ll be fine, i would purchase from redline again!

Customer service was ok I bought a 2017 Ford f150 from them no payments straight up 15,500$ cashiers check I put 400$ down came back the next day with full payment turns out this truck was in multiple accidents which I was never made aware of my tailgate falls off no ac no tailights cracked airbag cover radio screen is black owner might want to contact me before my attorney contacts him if you buy from here absolutely do a CARFAX and look the car over with I fine tooth comb my tpms sensors don’t read anything either you have 24 hrs check your email

Went to the lot to look at the Challenger they have for sale. Car was won at an auction for 29k they are asking 37,500. I was going to trade in my 2023 Challenger and the owner said flat out in a message “ I don’t want your car” without even seeing it in person. What kind of a dealership does that to a potential customer? I will never step foot on this tiny hole in the wall rundown dealership ever again! Way to run a professional business! Word of mouth travels fast! 👌
