Fury Outlet

I purchased a vehicle from Furys outlet store. Unfortunately along the way some things went very wrong. If I had gone through any other dealership I would have been screwed. However, Gary, the manager and his staff did everything they could to resolve the issue I was facing. I left the dealership with a wonderful vehicle. I watched their team work very hard to make me happy and they succeeded. I strongly recommend this outlet! They are truly a dealership willing to fight for you.

I recommend buying a vehicle here. Had an easy car buying experience with friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure sales folks. They were NOT smarmy or pushy like I’ve encountered at other dealerships. And the price was right! Thanks James and Dan!

Purchased a used truck from the outlet. Inspected the truck, and went to negotiate. Got the same old tired "we're losing money on it", but figured the price was decent. Asked about a full tank of gas, same story "not at that price". There was a gun safe in the center console, promised that they would talk to the previous owner, which is why I'm giving 2 stars, they actually did. But when that yielded nothing and a locksmith had to be called, the answer diverted to "at the price you got, there's no money to deal with issues after sales". The truck had locking lug nuts. I was told the key is in the center console. Which has a locked gun safe in it? Another $200 to have the dealer pull those off an replace it. I knew the truck needed $3,000+ in deferred maintenance, that justified the price. However, the additional hundreds from preventable issues that should have been taken care of immediately upon receipt of the vehicle by the dealer leaves a poor taste in my mouth. The hardest I saw the salesman work was when he messed up the paperwork and had to fix the issue before getting paid. Once the check was funded, all bets were off. What if there was a dime bag or gun in the safe? How is that not a liability for the dealer?

Bought a car from this guys the sale’s name was Angel Sanchez I believe so, had a very unpleasant experience the whole way, after only 2 weeks the car started knocking and also noticed that the car was previously repaired some body damage which I was not aware of.

Do not waist your money at this trash dealership. They will sell you a lemon with title issues and tones of repairs immediately. Within first 90 days. Save your money and go elsewhere. Scam dealership pushing junk cars
