Felt like they could have been upfront about helping. When asking online. Instead of telling you to go in person. Wasting people's time just to say no good. And be transparent with how much a car would cost.
Their website is very deceiving. They had 5 of the vehicles I was interested in, listed. When we arrived, there were none on the lot. When I asked where they were, the guy said he sold it. I said there were 5 on the website. He said he sold 2 and 2 were in the shop. So where is the 5th? He couldn't figure out which keys went to which vehicles. I wanted to look at one, I remote started it, but a car across the lot started instead. He never did get the correct key for the vehicle I wanted to see. The parking lot is a mess. There really is no customer parking without blocking in another vehicle, whether it be another customer or the vehicle someone else is trying to take for a test drive. I wouldn't recommend this "dealership" to anyone.
