Stopped by Fury Motors to take a look at different cars, and it couldn't have been a better experience. The staff was friendly, gave me space, and never tried to push me into anything. Really appreciated how relaxed and welcoming the atmosphere was. Great place to visit and browse!

Marco was our sales person for my fiancé and I and he provided top notch customer service. He was able to find us a great deal on a truck with low mileage and awesome features. I would 100% recommend him to family and friends if you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy salesman.

This review is specifically for the service department, as I did not have any interaction with the sales team. Unfortunately, my experience with the scheduling team and front desk service advisors was very disappointing. The staff I interacted with did not come across as helpful or focused on customer satisfaction. It felt like the priority was simply moving customers along rather than taking the time to understand what I was asking for. All I was looking for was a general vehicle health inspection and guidance on preventative maintenance. However, this seemed to create a lot of confusion. I was previously told to schedule the appointment as a multipoint vehicle inspection rather than selecting a full service package, since some of the services included in the package had already been completed on my vehicle and were not needed. When I finally arrived and checked in, I was told they would not really be taking a very close look at the vehicle under the appointment I had scheduled. This was frustrating because I was trying to be proactive and make sure my vehicle was properly inspected, but the process was made unnecessarily difficult and unclear. Customers should be able to ask questions and receive helpful, informed guidance from the service department. I hope Fury Motors takes the time to better train and educate its scheduling and service advisor staff so they can provide clearer support and a better customer experience. Sadly, due to the lack of care and helpfulness I experienced, I will not be returning for service in the future.

Very poor customer service. Purchased a 22 Durango from them and have really enjoyed it except the AC has a pin hole leak (most likely the Evaporator Core behind the dash according to my normal mechanic who has re-charged the system and inspected for leaks). I decided to give Fury a try to fix the AC while also getting an open recall completed. Called for an appointment on July 9th and was told that someone would reach out when they had what was needed to fix the recall. After not hearing from them for almost 2 weeks I called and was told that it is just an update to the ABS Control Module Software, no part needed. If it is too hard for them to communicate that, then they don't need my $2500 for the repair.
