Got a great deal on a nice car here yesterday. It's a no frills shopping experience but well worth the savings. Don't pass on salvages - with a little research and some questions you can feel confident about what you're getting.

I think this a great place for used cars... Exceptional value... I've gotten my last three cars here and have been happy with all of them

I was very interested in the suv Cadillac. I reached out and filled out my question via online their website. Next day, no response. I went back online to verify the Cadillac SUV was still listed and it was. I then called Eastside and selected the option to speak to sales. No answer, so I stated very interested in the Caddy and stated my 1 question. No return call! I called back multiple times, each time pressing a different option, and NO ONE ANSWERED any of them! Now the SUV Caddy is pending sale. Hey Eastside, your customer service sucks! I had one question then would have bought the SUV paying cash! I have bought 3 vehicles from you in the past and never ran into the poor service you now provide.

I don’t usually write a ton of reviews, but I had probably the worst show of “customer service” I’ve ever received here. I got to the dealership at 5:15pm and found a sales representative and asked if I could test drive a vehicle. He then got upset that I asked so close to closing time -which was at 6pm. I was going to accept no for the test ride, as I knew I was coming later in the day. But he said I could test drive it in the lot. All the way walking over to the vehicle he continued to tell me how I needed to get there earlier and that it’s my fault I didn’t see the signs or website for test drive restrictions. I apologized and explained why I got there later in the day due to my work schedule and childcare. He wouldn’t let it go. It felt so rude to the point that I told him I was no longer interested due to how sharp and rude he was being, but he convinced me to test drive it. I immediately made my mind up that I wasn’t going to be purchasing a vehicle there before I even test drove the vehicle based on the way I was treated. After I test drove the vehicle he then tried to sell it to me and not even address his rudeness or apologize after I called him out on his behavior. Go elsewhere for car shopping if you’re looking for a place with bare minimum customer service, because this place doesn’t have it.

This place is horrible, very ghetto. They posted a vehicle with nice pictures so I went to see it. I asked if it had any damage they said no. Drove 30 mins to come see it, it had all kinds of problems. Body damage, major hail damage all over the place, very dirty on the inside, smelled like weed! It appeared to me that they just got the car from the auction( probably for under 7k and were asking for $14.995 😬😳. This place is a big rip off, don’t waste your time. if you do check everything they lie. I bother vehicles, so be careful, do not trust this place! Good luck 😳😬
