We have purchased our last five vehicles here over the course of many years. From sedans to SUVs to eventually a minivan as our family grew. I have had nothing but amazing service and very little issues. Had one vehicle with a more significant mechanical issue within my warranty, they took it in, repaired it quickly, no questions asked. I will continue to get all my vehicles and would recommend to anyone.

Fair price, wouldn't hold the vehicle for me without a picture of the check, never heard of such a thing. Needed oil change, which gave me 50 bucks off lol,no second key. The sprayer for the windshield was improperly installed in the hood so have to pay to get that fixed, o the sales guy had the personality of a fence post. Good luck

Would do zero stars if I could. Bought a car with a bumper to bumper warranty. Found out the car had a bent frame and ope! What's that you say?!? NO WARRANTY. Condescending response that said everything but "little woman" in it. Steer clear. Update: If the Dave responding is Dave Schreiner, then he had plenty of chances to make this right back in 2017 and 2018 when we exchanged multiple phone calls and emails. His email response and I quote: "I think you should talk this over with someone you trust and then get back to me. Explain to them what happened: You bought a car from us in good faith. We sold you a car in good faith. We offered to pay for half of the frame repair even though we did nothing wrong." What happened: the car had a bent frame and a bumper-to-bumper warranty. The half of the cost "offer" was they'd let me take it to their repair shop and "pay" $750 of the total cost. The highly reputable and trustworthy Bonfe's quoted me higher and fixed it up great. I put my "good faith" in them.

Update: After the owner’s response, I want to clarify that several statements made are not accurate. Your response uses professional wording, but it does not reflect what actually happened. We did not arrive without a valid driver’s license or proof of insurance, despite what was claimed. Regarding the trash incident, this was misrepresented. It involved my three-year-old daughter. Once it was brought to my attention, I acknowledged it and apologized. However, your staff approached me in a rude and aggressive manner, pressured me about something I had not seen, and continued to be disrespectful even after I accepted responsibility, which made me, my parents, and my three-year-old daughter feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was accused of something I was never shown or given the chance to verify, and the situation was handled unprofessionally. My family and I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire time. There was no clear communication or helpful assistance provided. Overall, the experience was disrespectful and a waste of time. I’ve shared my experience honestly and will leave it at that. My experience at this dealership was extremely unwelcoming from the start. The environment felt cold and uncomfortable, and the staff came across as the face of rudeness. There was no effort to greet, assist, or make me feel like a valued customer. Instead, the interaction was filled with harsh words, dismissive attitudes, and a lack of basic respect. Rather than creating a professional and inviting atmosphere, the staff made the situation tense and unpleasant. As a customer who came in with serious intent to do business, this was unacceptable. A business should treat every customer with respect and professionalism, regardless of who they are. Unfortunately, that standard was clearly not met here. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and welcoming buying experience. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this dealership. I came in genuinely interested in buying a vehicle. Before I brought any money, I specifically asked about payment, and I was told that they only accept cash and no other payment methods. Based on that, I went and brought the cash as requested, ready to purchase the car. However, when I returned, I was treated completely differently. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was accused of saying and doing things that I did not say or do, which was very upsetting. The entire experience made me feel disrespected and unfairly treated, and I strongly believe there was bias involved in how I was treated. No customer should be told to bring cash, come back ready to buy, and then be treated this way. I chose to leave because I cannot do business with people who treat customers like that. I came ready to do business, but left feeling disappointed and disrespected. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
