Best Auto Sales

I've been buying USED cars here for 20 years. I've never really had a problem out of any of the cars I bought except my own wear and tear. They're a great option for ppl with credit issues and/or cannot afford a brand new car. Selection has went up dramatically over the years, they've really been getting some nice ones in.....and out quicker than I can get a down payment for a new toy 😬

I was with someone else and the service was okay but could could be More organized in certain areas

Bought a car a week ago from Best Auto Sales, not honest about cars and the maintenance or work that needs to be done. Check engine light came on next day. $2400 worth of repairs needed right away plus over $1000 at the dealership to replace the transmission control module. Mass air flow sensor code. Po20 code. Car pretty much needs everything done, including tires. Over paid for a car that had so much wrong with it and some honesty from him and the father would have been good. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here ever to buy a car or to have service on a car. Honesty goes a long ways!

I'm a single young mother of 2 I have a 10 year old handicap daughter with severe health conditions and a 6 year daughter. I went into the car dealership looking for transportation because my truck broke down and was costly this car lot assured me they would get me driving off the lot with a down payment of $2,500, that I paid towards the vehicle in full. once I received the vehicle it broke down on me and my children 7 days after receiving it. I called the lot and they asked me to bring it in, I was able to get it in right away to the lot and a day or so after I received calls from the dealer accusing me of false income documents and sent me a letter stating they was allowed to keep my full deposit and the vehicle. Here in Minnesota we have laws that protect buyers against bad dealerships scams. I asked several times for my deposit back and no response. I feel it's important as a single mother to let other single mothers know, because it's tax season and we all get desperate to make ways for our children don't allow this lot to take your money you have to make a life for you and your children.
