They have an excellent service, very good people, they help you very well, they do everything they can so that you are approved and for my experience in the truck that I bought, very good, in excellent condition, few miles at a very good price, 100% recommended.

I recently visited Pristine Motors, and I must say, the experience was top-notch! Not only was the service outstanding, but they also had the most comfortable toilet seat I’ve ever encountered in a public restroom. It’s clear they pay attention to every detail to ensure customer comfort. Highly recommend this dealership for both their excellent car services and their attention to the little things that make a big difference!

I do not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from Pristine Motors. We bought a GMC Terrain from them and within 2 weeks of having it we started having issues. Reached out and spoke to Jordy who said to bring it back and they’ve have their mechanic look at it. Took them a week to get back to us about what was wrong and another several days for them to contact our warranty company to see it was covered. Now going into two weeks Jordy claims the car would be ready on 4/25 but that if it wouldn’t be he would call. Never called. Texted claiming the part was on back order and it would be ready the following week. Going into week 3 we’ve called and texted for a status only to be ignored. This last Sunday 5/3 we reached out to the owner who claims she’s been out the of the states for two weeks and would let us know by Tuesday. She texted my husband saying it would be ready for pick up on 5/6 after 4pm. She calls my husband after 4 pm claiming yet again the car wasn’t ready and won’t be ready until 6pm but that she closed at 6pm and we couldn’t go get the car but offered to drop our car off at our house by 10:30am on 5/7. It is now noon and again Both Nadya and Jordy have ghosted us and we still don’t have our car. I have posted several times on their Facebook page only for my posts to be deleted. Spend more time deleting my posts than getting back to us. Absolutely the worst customer service auto dealership experience ever!

My sister purchased a car here. They told her that it was all-wheel-drive and it wasn’t next day. The car wasn’t working properly. There’s a lot of issues with the car then we have 15 days to return it and they didn’t want to accept it back a lot of issues with car took advantage of her and unfortunately I’m writing this so you guys can be careful car shopping but I’m telling everybody about this place I would give 0 stars if I could.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️ when something going wrong with there cars they would stop responding your calls n text and they would act victim would be best to get shutdown
