Just bought a new car and couldn’t be happier! The sales team (Nate, Sam & Brock) were awesome to work with. They were patient, upbeat, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find people who make a big purchase feel this easy. Loving the new ride and grateful for such a great team.

We came here from out of state to purchase a vehicle after looking at several others. Brandon my sales person was great as well as the rest of the crew. Nice ride at a fair price, would surely purchase here again in the future. No BS , No Pressure, simple and efficient transaction and friendly staff.

HIGHLY recommend this dealership. They didn’t pressure me into buying a car (fastest way to push me away). They did however get me into a great car with a great price (I shopped around..a lot). I couldn’t be more happy with how everything went. It will be a long time before I’m looking for a new car again but when I do…I know where to go!

Good morning everyone... I wanted to share my recent service transactions with you at Rochester Chevy. I have always purchased Chevy and GMC cars and have always done service for both my wifes Acadia and my trucks through Rocheter Motors. A few months ago I brought my truck in for an oil leak. When I originally called to book service the attendant on the other end said that she recommends new tires and an oil change. Neither of which aligned with my truck's needs at that point. I told her that I needed someone to diagnose and fix my oil leak. We agreed upon a time and I told her I would drop my keys off in the overnight box and leave my truck for the day. I called on my truck later in the day and the attendant did nto even know my truck was there. They had not pulled the keys from the night time box. Therefore the car was not serviced and I had missed my appointment. They did get it in the next day but it then took two more days before I got my truck back. On the next appointment (Basic oil change and tire rotation) the attendant said there was an oil leak that I should get looked at and there were two fluid flushes recommended, but they did not have time to do those. I dealt with the oil leak for a month until I had time and then got the truck back in, which was earlier this week. I called the service line to set the appointment. I explained to the person the situation and that I needed two flushes and the oil leak to get fixed. He put me down for an oil change and said there was no record of me needing any fluid flushes. I again told him that it should be on record as that is what the service provider told me. We settled on just the oil leak needing to get fixed. I dropped my car off overnight, put my keys in the box and the next morning I get an email that says my appointment had to get pumped to 3:30pm from 10:30 am. I called the service department to tell them that this did not work for me as my car was already there. Josh called me back and did not know why I got the email but he was looking at the truck currently. Upon call back later in the day (3 or so) the oil leak was from the repair that was done a month or so ago, so I imagine the repair was not done correctly. So the truck would then have to be in the shop for two more additional days. I asked him about the fluid flushes he told me he had 2 to recommend so we also got those completed. I am a bit disappointed overall in the service, and wanted to make you aware. I try to keep my vehicles in tip top shape and will now be looking elsewhere for both purchasing and service. I do not expect anything to come of this. I just wanted management to be aware.
