Was searching for a reasonably priced used car for one of my kids. I found one on their website. Reached out to see if it was still on the lot and made an appt. When I got there, the csr was clean and ready for a test drive. Cant believe the great deal we got! Everything went smoothly and quick. Ill definitely be back when im ready for my own new car! Had a great experience. Responsive, kind and knowledgeable sales team. I can't believe they actually delivered the car to our home. We just recently had our first free multi point inspection tire rotation and oil change after 3 months. What amazing service. I highly recommend Nissan Rochester!
First off, im happy with the vehicle I bought. The service dept was great with my complimentary oil changes. My issue is with customer service by sales staff. 4 different people told me they would get something taken care of for me and I never heard back from any of them. 1 was by phone and 3 I talked to in person. My wife is looking at buying a new vehicle sometime this year. It's most likely not going to be at Rochester Nissan.
