After a major car issue that could have ended extremely badly, a friend suggested checking into Austin buy here pay here....I was so blessed by the professional promptiness I received in attempting to get a vehicle through them. I was so blessed to have gotten into a newer reliable vehicle the next day. I couldnt be any more happier knowing that there are good people out there.. I love the vehicle I was approved for. I wasnt even sure if id get approved, if your in need of a car please give this business a shot they truly go to bat for there customers..

Bought a 2011 Lincoln SUV here a few weeks ago. Buying process was painless and everyone was really nice and professional. The car has been a dream and I absolutely love it. Got a super great interest rate on the loan too. I would definitely recommend shopping locally here!

They were very kind in your face but I feel cheated I bought this car as my first car and they sold it to me under the same pretense saying it was very well maintained etc etc. I have taken my Malibu to the mechanic every month since I bought it totaling me already over 4000. If not more . I would not trust them as a way to get a cheap but good pre owned car. Leon was the one who assisted me. If I would’ve bought from a regular dealership my monthly payments would’ve been higher but atleast id save the money that I’d use for the mechanic instead

I had my car detailed here. This place reminded me of why I don't normally allow people to touch my stuff. Not only did they charge me more than what they said they would when I brought my car in, I still had to clean my car more after I left. They lost things that never got returned to me. At first it seemed like they actually cared and were looking for what was lost, but then they just ignored me after a week. Never again. I highly do not recommend.

Never buy from this company. Leon is a liar and a cheat. We purchased an Equinox from this dealership, because of a recommendation from another of their customers. During the purchase process, we verified with Leon that there were no issues with the vehicle. He said it had been barely driven, well maintained, and checked out by their mechanic. Between the dealership and Albert Lea, the CEL came on. I contacted the dealer 2 days later due to work, and informed them of the issue. They informed me that it could be a false issue due to sitting on the lot. I reset the code like they suggested, and the light came back on a few days later. At that point, I was busy with work due to coming up on Black Friday, so I was unable to call back until the first week of December. I called and was given another run around about coming in to reset the code with them, so I took time off of work to drive there and get it reset. Leon was not in the dealership that day. Due to work, and the Christmas/New Years rush, I was unable to call during business hours. With the issue being as severe as it was, I wanted to speak with a person directly, so I didn't leave voicemails. Instead, I called on January 15th, when work had slowed down enough for me to have a chance to reach them while they were open. Leon requested the code, so I went and had it read, then called today January 16th with the code. Leon called while I was at work, telling me we would have to pay more money to fix the issue that was there the day we drove off the lot. When confronted with the fact this issue was present when we drove it off the lot, he lied to me, claiming the calls didn't come in until mid-Dec. He continued to blame me for not informing them immediately. Car was purchased 11/7/24 CEL turned on 11/7/24 within 30 minutes. Calls were made 11/9/24, 11/11/24, 12/6/24, 1/15/25, 1/16/25. When I informed Leon that he was lying to me about the car as well as the contact we had with him, he hung up on us. This purchase was made under the promise that this was without issues, which was false. I will be reporting this to the attorney general for bad business practices, and you should avoid them at all costs.
