Great guys he's at work with. Probably could have chatted all night with them both. Struck a fair deal truck was nice as advertised. Nice to work with down home local folks.

I've bought 2 vehicles from Arrow Motors Inc. I'm very satisfied with the treatment & deals I've found there. Tom is very nice & above board about pricing.

They are good, but i think i was profiled as someone not from here or as an immigrant. (im not an immigrant) in mn for auto sales of dealer with 5 cars or more liability under *Minnesota's Used Car Warranty Law. * The older man tried illegally denying the law existed when we has electrical issues with the car we bought. They were liable despite the fact they thought we're were not from here. We most definitely are from here. To avoid future issues and or legally issues it would be better to follow the mn laws that im sure they know exist sinec they own a dealership, the dealership is liable for 30 days or 1000 miles.

The vehicle I purchased was in decent shape and I was happy with the price. However a week later I had it checked out (check engine light was on) and found out it needed about $2400 worth or work. Called the dealer and they gave me info on a guy who could do it for about $1200 but would not cover any of the cost. I paid full retail for a car in "excellent condition" and the dealer wanted nothing to do with the cost to make it that way. Very disappointed and will not buy a car from them again. I'm the type of person who stands by my product/service. It would have been nice to find a small dealer that did the same. The sad thing is my step-son needed a car a few weeks later and I would have been more then happy to go back to Arrow Motors if not for this experience. They lost a customer who buys a car every year or two as well as the valued word of mouth I could spread with the business I run. I would advice anyone who is considering buying a car from Arrow Motors to have it fully checked before purchase as they won't stand behind what they sell.

I Bought a Dodge Dakota from this place for $1200. It broke down with a bad brake line after 10 days. When we were replacing the brake line we realized all the brake lines would fail very quickly. Fuel lines were all rusted as well and ready to fail. The brake calipers were bad and the front discs were extremely thin and needed replacing. When I called them to see if we could come to an agreement about fixing or replacing the vehicle they laughed at me and said "fix it yourself". These guys are dishonest and have no honor. I do not expect a $1200 vehicle to last years. But I do expect it to last longer than 10 days. Stay away from these guys.
