Business was very professional. Ken was a super nice guy and did everything to make sure that I was taken care of. I got the car I wanted and I am very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend for anyone who is a first time buyer or needs a little assistance understanding the process.
By far my best car buying experience I have ever had. Ken was amazing to work with and unlike every other dealer I've been to he was not trying to push me into hurrying up to make a decision. From the jump Ken was very responsive and helpful and this continued for the whole purchase. Ken also checked in with me after my purchase just see how I was liking my sweet new ride, and if I had any follow up questions. Normally once you sign the line they are done with you, but not Ken, a truly great salesman that made me feel like I wasn't just some customer but a friend he was helping get a new car. Not only did I get an amazing 2020 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport Carbon (so fun to drive) but I also found my go to dealer. Ken, thank you so very much and I hope all the best.
Ken was so helpful and patient when it came to educating me on some specs with my interest in the vehicle I was looking at. He gave me time and space to look at the car and when I was ready to test it out to get him. When it came to paperwork that was straight forward and when I had a question about anything I didn't understand, Ken thoroughly explained the details for me. I was very satisfied with my purchase and with the experience here at Minnesota Auto Sales. I would recommend this place to anyone if they are in the market for a newer or used cars.
Just wanted to say I had a great experience with the purchase of my first newly used car. I hit many road blocks along the way yet Ken was patient and relentless at making this happen for me. Although we ended up buying it outright, he made it a smooth quick process. When it's time for my fiance to buy a vehicle I know exactly where we will go! He did a great job of explaining the warranty options to insure a more frustration free future.
