We can't say enough good things about this company, we bought our first used truck from this company, 2015 Ford F-150 2.7. XLT. Brian the sales manager at the New Hope location was spectacular and let us test drive about 4 or 5 vehicles. As we didn't even know that we were going to buy a vehicle that day. Needless to say the last truck was the best that we thought it felt new sounded new no rust no nothing. We bought it for a work truck and it's been driving around great fuel efficient we did get the extended warranty on top of their warranty for us it's about to work vehicle and making sure it's going to last. Stopped in today because I had some issues with some stuff that I didn't know. Brian was there to help me out and figure everything out and went over the problems that we were having and it was because of knowledge Other than that the truck has been great we've had it for about a month now no issues we got oil changes right off the bat. And everything seems to be running great and I just really can't say enough about Brian and the staff over in New Hope that went out of their way to make sure that everything went smooth for us and the transaction was done in less than 2 hours. This is my second vehicle i have purchased from Drive Appeal. Original purchase was spring lake park with Joe terrible experience. The truck overheated when i drove off the lot. I had a flight in a couple hours. I had to leave it. I had to beg the financial guy to change the vehicle. He finally he did..i went to the Drive Appeal in shakopee (closed). I met a wonderful guy named Tom. The second one from New Hope. Car is paid off.. The truck is amazing and i find out the A/C is not working a week before the warranty runs out they tell me its not covered. They want to charge me 828 to repair it. So i called recently to see what they can do for me and Brian (the salesman) several excuses. If the truck was fully inspected they would have noticed condenser had a hole in it. I am not happy at all especially when days are hot as hell like today.
