Bought a Subaru a few weeks ago, been very happy with it. They do all salvage vehicles so some people reviewing here seem to forget that and expecting exactly what you would get with a new car. There's a reason used salvage cars are cheaper than new cars. But they have photos of the damage before repairs and do professional work and you can get a good deal on a good vehicle, which is all I was looking for.

I got into an accident and totaled my vehicle at 6:30am. I started looking online, found a great car at a great price. They helped me finance through a credit union and I drove off the lot by 11a. Attentive sales people and good customer service!

I bought my Toyota RAV4 from Import Auto Sales about five years ago, and I'm still extremely happy with my purchase. The car has been very reliable and hasn't given me any problems. The quality truly matches the price. My family was also so satisfied with the experience that we later bought a second car from this dealership. The sales team is very polite, professional, and helpful. The owner and the staff treat customers with respect and really care about helping you find the right car. You can feel their honesty and professionalism from the moment you walk in. I truly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car and great customer service!

Was told the car had a clean title. Came in to test drive it and brought it to my mechanic. There was no brake lights, the tire pressure sensors were all shot, the spare tire wasn’t fastened into the car(safety hazard), non standard wiring everywhere, the trunk latch was so loose it was shaking, and get this, it wasn’t even a clean title. After coming back to the dealer from my mechanic, I told them I knew about the damage in the rear. That’s when they told me it was a rebuilt title and not a clean title like I was under the influence I’d be driving. They wasted my time and they will waste yours too. Don’t believe anything they say and definitely don’t buy a car from them unless you get it thoroughly inspected by a mechanic.

If you are looking for amazing customer service, including how they communicate, intellect, and don't talk down on you this is the WRONG place for you. I inquired about a vehicle and it was available, I sent multiple requests to be contacted but haven't. In the meantime they increased the price from 27k to 29k then 32k. I won't bore you with the conversation but salesperson with a goldfish IQ says "shoulda bought it at 27k", after he got caught saying the manager won't go lower than 32. Shady business.
