I have never had a car buying experience like I have here. These guys are so kind and extremely transparent. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door and was brought back to the show room. They asked for what I was looking for and brought me right to that vehicle and explained the packet to me. Each vehicle has a packet with general info, Carfax history, and much more. I was able to look through the vehicle right away without a salesman standing right behind me, watching my every move. Extremely low-pressure which I thought was amazing since I mostly hate car shopping due to feeling pressured to buy something I don't want or can't afford. The guys seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicles they had and appeared quite confident about their inventory (no trying to pull one over on you). I will bring everyone I know, who is looking for a vehicle, here. Well-priced and honest. Thank you guys for this great experience!!

Their word means nothing. Told them we wanted to purchase a Prius. Stated that we would buy the car at the out the door price. Had the car set up for purchase within 3 days. I was given the out the door contract and we had set up an appointment to purchase the vehicle. Today, I received notice that they had sold the vehicle. Asked the manager, Matt, for an explanation. He stated that the proposed contract we were given stated we needed to put down $5K and purchase within 1 business day. I did overlook that however here's the questions - What dealer does not actively ask for a deposit to hold a car? Why within 1 business day? Another great part? Their "Review Us" feature on their website is disabled. NEVER AGAIN Back to Rudy Luther

We spent four days shopping for a vehicle. We finally found the one we want here. When we test drove it, I noticed that the transmission was slipping a bit. He said that he drove it himself and felt something strange. I've been the owner of several honda pilots, so I knew there was an issue. He said he would have his mechanic look at it, but the person wouldn't be available until tuesday. He said we had first dibs, and he would let us know when it got back from the shop. I found it very odd that he would not take any money down to hold the vehicle. Sure enough, we called on tuesday afternoon to see if it was back and asked for our sales rep clay, and was told that it sold on monday by some other guy. Clay didn't even have the decency to answer the phone and had somebody else tell us, because he knew we would be upset. Turns out, not everybody's going to feel that there's a transmission issue, so they decided rather than adjust it or spend any money trying to fix the problem, they would just sell it to some poor sap on Monday who didn't notice it. That is absolutely unethical and horrible to do that to both us and the person who bought it !!! Don't be fooled by how shiny the cars look, how they detail cars and make sure the tires look good. If they will sell a vehicle with obvious transmission issues, that is a very expensive fix. Of course, when I was telling my neighbors about it, they had a really bad story to share too. I sure wish I had talked to them first. Just disgusted. Boy was he good!! Acted so nice. Grrrrr

I just went to this dealership to look at a car I found online. I looked over the car and told the sales guy that I want to test drive the vehicle. He told me that unless the funds are in place and available, they don't allow test drives. So in other words, you have to run your credit and make some sort of commitment before you can even see how the car drives?? I should mention, my credit is great and I do have money for a down payment. On top of that, they would not consider my 2017 VW Jetta for a trade. I DO NOT recommend this dealership if you're expecting above par customer service.
