Auto Center Bargain Lot

I just bought a used car from here and Troy was very helpful in getting me the price I expected for the car that I wanted. I even wanted a little small detail work to be done if I were to purchase and Troy called up the detail guy (Ted, who is an amazing guy that does great work and has worked for Lexus of Wayzata for 39 years) to come walk through the areas I was wanting touched up. When I decided to purchase, I came to pick it up and that thing looked brand new inside and out. I’m very happy with my purchase from there and had an overall great experience through Troy and Ted.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from here. The best running vehicles we have ever owned and we got them both at a great deal! We purchased our Honda Odyssey 8 years ago and she is running strong and has only ever needed maintenance. Our Kia was bought 7 years ago and same deal (except for recalls on Kia's end) I recommend Wayzata Bargain lot to everyone I talk to! Matt is the best! He will hook you up with a great car at a price that can't be beat! They are now my go-to car dealership!

Matt was a nice guy. They have some decent Lexus trade-ins. I thought the offer on my trade-in was 20% under however understand they are in business to make $.

I've bought vehicles from various dealerships over the years, and this has been my worst experience yet. Vehicle has so many things wrong with it and of course they couldn't care less. They tried to pretend the touch screen wasn't broken when I bought it but I demanded it repaired before leaving the lot after I realized what happened, and I still had to chase after them to get it fixed and find out the status, it was a total nightmare situation. Obvious the salesman was trying to just get his commission however possible at my significant expense. Just in one day of driving it I found half a dozen necessary repairs without even lifting the hood, it should never been on the lot like this unless they were intending to take advantage of someone. Don't buy from here!! Totally unacceptable, absolutely shady, liars who sell lemons and ignore customers. I contacted three different people there including the head guy and he never even took the time to respond, clear theme among employees so this must happen frequently. You'd have better service at just about any other dealer in the state. This is a massive regret.

The clowns at this dealership set-up a test drive for a vehicle and then promptly told me I would have to commit to buying the car in order to test drive when I arrived to take a test drive. This place has a few guys sitting around waiting for suckers to come in the door. Besides this review I've reported the company to BBB and Wayzata chamber. RUN in the other direction from this dealership.
