Bud was great to work with! This was my first ever car purchase on my own and he made it very easy. You can tell that they know and love cars here. It was worth the drive from Bismarck. I’d do business with them again.

I had originally only walked in to view a few cars to explore my options after I had wrecked my previous vehicle, and Bud Flood from the Sales Department was incredibly kind and patient with me! He walked me through the two vehicles I was stuck between, and guided me towards an Audi Q5 (which was definitely the right choice). From my first time in the dealership, to signing, he was an incredible salesman, helping me weigh the pros and cons between the two vehicles I was deciding between, and just being patient with my choice. Kim Berbaum was also incredibly helpful throughout the whole financing process, and both Bud, and Kim helped me to find the best car, and rate for my current situation. Cannot sing enough praises!! We will definitely be back in the future for any further German car purchases. Very refreshing to talk to people who know their product!

Dan was super helpful in finding my car. I told him what I needed and he found me a few options in my price range. I drove them all and chose the best one for me. If I could give a zero I would. I purchased a car from them for almost 16k was told a safety inspection was done and clearly it wasn’t. I took it in for a simple oil change that turned into me being told the car needed over 14k in work done. I highly do not recommended this place. I was not offered a warranty and when I asked about a warranty the lady told me I can only get a warranty for the engine and transmission. When I bought a car from the Bloomington location I was instantly offered to purchase a warranty to cover everything. So your response is a bunch of bull crap. Like I said this location is crap and all they want to do is rip you off. So basically your telling g me that tie rods with a broken off bolt and the other side with a bolt that went tight and couldn’t be tightened is not a safety issue? Bad control arms and upper and lower ball joints is not a safety issue? Anyway to try cover yall rear ends.
