A few days later, I met with him to go over Enterprise’s car sales program and test drive a few vehicles. Each team member greeted and treated me with respect! Everyone at this office was EXTREMELY accommodating!! I will definitely be referring to family and friends!! Awesome customer service. They were very patient and professional when I changed my mind and returned the vehicle I originally purchased. Cam was one of the best dealers I have worked with to this day. Easy sale for him but he was able to prioritize me and make sure all my questions were answered. Genuinely, a great sales man and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Ethical and professional at all times, I never felt any sense of pressure or urgency! The Burnsville staff as a whole was very friendly and made sure I was always being attended to my wants/needs. Thank you all!

Katie was a superstar to work with. The whole team was a super team. They really worked their butts off lol Took a little bit longer than average but it was really worth it and I even got a lower rate for waiting. Patience was key here. Katie was very thorough throughout the process. She was very detailed on making sure I was happy with my purchase and making sure I had everything I needed before I walked out the door. Next time I need a car. I know who to call to call and I know where to go. Thank you guys again for such a wonderful visit and easy buying process. More people should buy from Enterprise because you know you're getting a quality car and you get quality service. As mentioned before, the whole team was great.
