got me approved in less then 48 hours, had a little bit of issues with the registration process but Leah was amazing through the whole process. amazing and very understanding customer support all in all i was very satisfied with what i got, and how everything was handled! i will def be coming back in the future!! 😊

Do NOT buy a car from CarHop. They sold me a vehicle with four mismatched tires, which is a known mechanical hazard that severely damages drivetrains. Because of this, the drivetrain completely failed and locked up while I was driving. It was a terrifying experience that could have caused a catastrophic, fatal accident.They showed a reckless disregard for human safety and failed to disclose a major defect that rendered the car completely unroadworthy. Looking at all the other 1-star reviews on here, this is clearly a systemic pattern of putting dangerous cars on the road. I am currently filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Missouri Attorney General, and the Missouri Department of Revenue Dealer Licensing Bureau. Protect yourself and your family—stay far away from CarHop
