We were totally impressed with Durbin, our salesman at Kolar Toyota. Durbin took the time to find out what our needs were in a vehicle and then made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We drove our Toyota hybrid grand Highlander home this week and we both believe it is the best purchase we’ve ever made. Randy appreciates Durbin’s efforts to provide us with the perfect vehicle! What can say besides that I had a great first time car buying experience! I was meet with a wonderful gentleman named durbin. Who helped me search for cars that I was interested in and we did some fast rule outs after a while. He is very informative without making you feel small. Which is a big deal when buying a car. From their I ordered my 2026 rav4 . Now this is important because it took about 2-3 months to get my car in. During that time durbin did a great job updating me on the progress of my car and didn't make me feel small in my first time car buying experience there is a lot of steps to that! His communication was 10/10 ! Once I got my car he was great about explaining the features and also was HUMAN when we both didn't have answer to a question. He then FOLLOWED up with me a few days later with the unknown questions! What a guy ! The finance department also did a great job at making sure I could take my car home with me. I am so greatlful to the whole team of Toyota! Thank you for making a core memory with me and my grandfather! No one forgets buying their first car , and I'm glad it was with Kolar Toyota!

From start to finish the whole sales experience was great working with Durbin Keeney! I told him this was my first new car experience and he was very passionate and patient with making sure I got exactly what I wanted and didn’t feel rushed into buying something.
