Kolar Toyota is a top notch dealer that employs salespeople of the highest integrity. I have been buying vehicles from Jim McMillion for more than 25 years, and have always been satisfied with the purchase! Yesterday was no different, and our son and his wife bought one, and my wife and I bought one. Two new Land Cruisers. I highly recommend both Jim McMillion and Kolar Toyota!

I got remarkable same day service on my Toyota. Water pump and thermostat that failed (a line blew off the thermostat housing damaging it) It was double digits below zero and limped my car to them that freezing morning. The price was better than average according to the interwebs, and they had it ready by 2:30 same day. I dropped it off at 8 am or so. Wasn’t cheap, but wasn’t going to be cheaper elsewhere. They quickly shuttled me to Essentia so I was only 30 min late, amazing considering the event. They came and got me too. Driver was very pleasant and kind. What more can I say? This Toyota dealer is legit!

Good place for service. Have had vehicles serviced here for years. Reasonable prices with good turn around times. 1000x better than Virginia Toyota

If I could give the Kolar repair shop a 0 I would. We brought a new GMC vehicle to Kolar due to the engine light being on. First off the gal at the desk who came out to perform the evaluation of the check engine light code was rude. Then the story was have a seat they could possibly look at the car in 2 hours. When asked if we could do some errands and come back in 90 minutes we were told they could not do that. Then since this vehicle is under warranty could we get a service care. We were told they only deal with enterprise and the rental car had to be a GMC and none were available. We then had a few questions to talk to a mechanic and we were told no. So I asked to talk to manager. She left us and we waited and waited so we went back to the reception area and this gentleman asked if we needed something and we said we were waiting for a manager. He was the manager! He made some excuses. He was not helpful in any way. We took our brand new vehicle to our local mechanic who took care of the problem in 30 minutes. We paid 50.00 to him and got a bargain. Even though GMC has a warranty I guess don't try to go to kolar to get what you paid for.
