I waited at least for a year and a month to give theses guys a review just to see how the car will do so now it’s time to do it, we went in to see I think 2011 Toyota seinna and when we got the tree somebody was already taking it for a test drive and I asked if they had any other Toyota van, they had 2016 sienna limited, we checked is took it for test drive and loved it we also tested the 2011 but loved the 2016 better but it has some minor scratches all over the body and rear bumper had some crack to the plastic part but honestly we didn’t care much about all the minor scratches and went for that with no hesitation so when they say original owner is that nothing was done to the car unless it has a mechanical issue that the should fix before selling the car but regarding the cosmetic part? Our van literally still has the original plastic wrap on the front hood the mirror around the door so everything looks original from manufacture beside the glass parts so that’s my opinion for the terms of original owner, our car was never in accident, I saw a lot of negative reviews about them but honestly they were lay back and doesn’t pressure you to buy anything, this was my 5th car purchase and I never seen a dealer like these ones they are very easy to work with and honestly felt like I was buying it from a family member no rush no pressure no talking you into buying or anything you do it if you want to, and our car never gives an issue for a year the only thing we did after buying was put a new battery in and one of the sliding door cable broke and that’s it honestly we love it and you have to know that buying a used car comes with a lot of problems so I don’t expect it to be perfect or if something wrong goes with it that’s what used car do, after all doing business with them was a good experience for us so far

Dealership was clean, salesmen were super friendly and helpful. Very happy with the pricing and lending offer we received through the finance dept.

I found one of their cars (pictured below) on CarGurus and went to their dealership to check it out. For introverts like me, communication was quick and easy. I told them I was interested in one of their cars, told them which one, and they let me check it out on my own. They also let me test drive it on my own. That part I absolutely love about this dealership, not having somebody watching you while you check out a car. I ended up liking the car and bought it. They gave me plates on the spot which is super convenient! I ended up having a check engine light turn on during my trip back home, but they were glad to help me out and get that resolved (turned out to be cheap gas the previous owner put in it, code was cleared and it didn't come back). I love the car and I would definitely shop here again. Good stuff!!!

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. We were excited to bring this car home, but within 5 days it broke down. The dealership kept telling us how much work and repairs had been done to the vehicle, but based on our experience, that doesn’t seem to be the case. It honestly feels like only the bare minimum was done before selling it. What made us even more uncomfortable was how suspicious and vague they seemed whenever we asked questions about the car. Looking back, that should have been a red flag. If I’m paying $10,000–$20,000 for a vehicle, I expect something reliable—not a car that breaks down less than a week after purchase. Very frustrating experience, and I wish we had known what we were getting into beforehand. If you’re looking to buy a used car, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. Our car broke down within days of bringing it home, and the entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Save yourself the stress, time, and money.
