Excellent. I didn't qualify for my original choice but they worked with me to get into a reliable vehicle that will suit me on my daily routine and future trip North Carolina to visit my family. I feel confident in the choice they guided to. I have already received several compliments from friends and strangers in just the few days of ownership. I look forward to doing more business with them. The whole process was easy and well explained. Thank you Stefan and Spartan Toyota. PS I not only received a great car. I received a nice lunch.

The easiest and fasted experience I have ever had at a dealership! Pierre was my sales guy, he listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. I told him I don't want to buy any extra services or warranties, he and his finace guy did not try to sell me anything extra. No extra fees other than the standard transfer of plate and registration plus taxes. The got all the paperwork done very fast, made it very easy to understand and transparent. Gave my kids some donuts and had some toys for them to play with while we wrapped up the deal. 10/10 would recommend this dealership.

I was very happy with my buying experience. Jeff Rawson was my salesperson and Mark was the finance guy. They both took good care of my wife and I. Jeff was ontop of all my questions, didn't push any extras, as I told him I wasn't intrested, and got me a great deal on my Crown Signia Limited. Mark from finance took his time to go over everything in detail, we appreciated that. All in all I was happy with my new car purchase thanks to these two gentlemen.

I recently purchased a used 2023 Nissan Sentra SV from this dealer a couple days ago. I came, test drove it, and took a couple of pictures of the car beforehand, and the test drive went well. No issues, no warning lights, headlights were working. I came back that same day to then purchase the vehicle, and that went smoothly. Once the vehicle was purchased, I was told that they will get it ready for pick up tomorrow. Once I picked up the vehicle and drove it back all seemed to be going well. The next day when I turned the car on a malfunction sensor warning came on. It was cold that day and I understand that sometimes these sensors can have these messages when it is cold but it was stuck on the whole day as it got warmer. I was able to get rid of the message but have no idea if the sensor works or not. To add on I then found that a light was out as well. I have pictures of both and will add them to this post. I was told the vehicle was inspected before hand and that everything on the car was running good. Do I trust what sales people say about used cars, most of the time no because they are selling lots of different brands and types of cars so I would be very impressed if a sales person knew everything about the car. Will definitely not do any business with this dealership anymore and will not recommend them to anyone. The only good thing is that I got a warranty for the powertrain of the vehicle for 3 months or 3,000 miles and the engine has a ticking sound to it which doesn't sound to bad. The vehicle has 63,000 miles on it so will definitely have to replace parts in the future but sounds like the EVAP or some sort of valve is going. Now it’s been a month and a half and my battery just died with my windows down this place is an absolute joke to buy from. I’ve had to get my car inspected twice now and now a battery issue. I am going to have to purchase a whole new battery and replace it. The battery was definitely low voltage when I bought it they are definitely doing some shady things at spartan toyota for used cars. This is not for Toyotas and new cars this is for used cars that they sell. Will never ever do business with Spartan Toyota ever again. What a joke.

Went to this dealership as a cash buyer interested in purchasing a Tundra as a work vehicle. It took 20 minutes for them to get me a sales person while 3 of them sat around talking about sports and playing with their phones at the front desk. The sales person they paired me up with didn’t follow up with me the next day as promised or seem to interested in selling me a vehicle. I actually had to call him 3 times and finally text him before I got an answer to my rebate questions. I happily took my business to another out of town dealership and not only was the sales person excited to sell me the vehicle the price was about $9000 less for the same vehicle. As a frequent purchaser of vehicles I would not recommend this dealership as much as I try to support local.
