I had bad start to May, went Deer hunting out of season. Needed to look for new wheels. Came into Kia of Lansing to look around to see what they had. Kody Slaght is a great salesman, down to earth, knew what I was looking for. I came in looking and left one happy lady. No pushy sales and you like your at home. Definitely worth a visit, you will look no further.

I especially appreciated how efficiently everything was handled—there was very little waiting, and the team worked hard to get me a great deal. Hey there everyone, i am extremely excited to tell all of you how wonder kia of Lansing is. I drove 2.5 hours to buy my kia from them. It was not stressful. Dylan in sales worked out all the numbers with my financial institution while I was waiting. Everyone there is very kind. The waiting area is very nice, there is a restroom if needed. That is clean and well stocked as well. I have chosen to drive there a couple times for some concerns. Each time I have ment with very polite people. On one of these trips I was pretty upset and Jason knew just how to help diffuse the situation. I enjoyed walking their parking lot while they looked at my vehicle. I give them 5 out of 5 for integrity/ honest even if it is difficult to hear/ transparency/ and friendliness. Dealership and buying experience was great. Fast and easy! They were very helpful with my budget and what I needed. I would give five stars but the issue is the vehicle. If you are considering buying a Seltos please read: Just got my brand new Kia seltos 2026 EX. I was told by the mechanic basically don’t use cruise control. My RPMs fluctuate all over, averaged 18 mpg on a flat freeway the other day. The mechanic said multiple people are bringing them in for this issue, nothing can be done currently. Just a heads up if you freeway drive a lot. Might reconsider if you want good mileage. Google cruise control/RPM issue for seltos yourself just in case. I reached out to KIA USA like I was told and they referred me right back to the dealership. I am a little upset, I was so excited for this brand new car and now I can’t use cruise control because it eats on fuel. Not only is it eating on fuel but it’s very uncomfortable when it’s fluctuating as much as it does. I would have reconsider this if I knew.
