I had a very mixed experience at this dealership. My salesperson wasn’t mean or rude, but he was completely lacking in energy and friendliness. He had zero personality, didn’t talk much, and gave the impression that he simply didn’t want to be there. Though I came in to see one specific vehicle, he didn’t offer to show me others and seemed like he didn’t know what to say. On a much brighter note, the finance guy was absolutely fantastic-super friendly, engaging, and welcoming. His great attitude is exactly how the entire staff, especially the sales team, should treat customers. I’m giving 3 stars because the finance department saved the experience, but the sales department desperately needs a boost in customer service. Yes, I bought a car and it’s great. Cheers.
