Motorcars knocked it out of the park helping us swap out our beloved 2024 Kia Sorrento with out this beautiful 2024 Jeep Wagoneer. Andrew was more than patient and transparent with our negotiation. He let me flip flop and switch from a blue 2023 to this beauty without making a fuss and then proceeded to help me pick his brain about options for our other Truck we need to replace. Mark (finance) was also patient and willing to go over things with me more than once, and John the owner also stepped in - they are all so friendly! Andrew will likely be my go to for vehicles moving forward even though we are an hour north. I know he will find me what I need and do what he can with the pricing. Thanks team Motorcars! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I inquired about a 2019 Ram 1500 that was for sale. Randy from Motorcars of Lansing contacted me promptly, and was easy to work with. I wanted the vehicle inspected by a different shop (Jerry’s Automotive) to get a second look. Randy drove the truck over to Jerry’s himself. I was notified that the rear brakes and rotors needed replacement. I forwarded the inspection report over to Randy, and Motorcars of Lansing replaced the brakes and rotors for me at no cost. (I highly recommend getting an inspection done when buying a used vehicle, as I’m no mechanic and this saved me a lot of time and money. It never hurts to get a second look). When test driving the vehicle and looking it over, I noticed the rear a/c wasn’t working. (This was missed by the dealership and Jerry’s Automotive) Randy had the part ordered and informed me I can have it fixed at no cost. The buying process was super simple, and Motorcars of Lansing connected me with a financial institution that gave me a fair rate. Overall, Randy from Motorcars of Lansing was informative, easy to work with, and down to earth. This was the buying process I had hoped for. The truck looks badass, runs good, and fits like a glove in my garage!

Very nice experience! I came in without an appointment and Andrew helped me right away. I explained what I was looking for and my budget, and he immediately started searching for the right vehicle for me. He was very patient throughout the whole process, especially with my very hyper 3-year-old who was all over the place. We ran into a small hiccup, but he still managed to get me out the door with the perfect SUV. I truly appreciate all of his help!
