Just got my first car from Josh and Sheri! They were both so kinda and welcoming! Besides the friendly atmosphere and great conversations they explained everything so well and answered all my questions. Can’t recommend them enough! If you come into car city try to get Josh and Sheri!! Thanks guys!

I leased a car for 4 years, decided to keep it and had it paid off in another 6 months. The ones at Car City are very kind people. Thank ya'll for the kindness that you showed me. I paid my car off just 2 days ago,I give God Almighty all of the Glory, Honor and Praise for keeping me healthy enough to work and be able to pay it off. I am really going to miss you all.

Sheri was extremely nice and welcoming for our first time in here. She also was very sweet to our 2 little daughters while they played with the toys in the corner and ran around talking nonstop. Josh and Sheri also were very upfront about anything we had questions on and didn’t try to hide anything from us. We had inquired about a car and they told us it was in the shop and shouldn’t have been on the website due to it not being anywhere close to ready/safe to be driven. They also gave us options to look at other vehicles and were very trusting of us. We definitely would come back in the future and refer others to come purchase cars from here.

Sheri and Josh were very welcoming upon arrival. Communication was at a great pace and very informative. I didn’t feel rushed or confused. The dealership lobby was very clean. I highly recommend CarCity Lansing

After a rough few years my credit is terrible and they were the only place to say yes. Only spoke with Sherie briefly but she was very patient and kind. Came in the following Monday and Josh was amazing! He’s so personable and honest. I was there a while and didn’t mind at all because he was so fun to talk to. He was able to get me into a 2017 Kia Soul. Thanks Josh. It’s running great. After my research I do plan to keep up on the maintenance to keep it as long as I can.
