Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Kalamazoo

Last Friday evening my husband and I went into Zeigler (on Stadium Dr.) to test drive a Jeep Wrangler that we had fallen in love with online! The Jeep was actually in Elkhart, Indiana. We had read the posting wrong (so it was 100% our fault that we went to the incorrect dealership). Kenneth who is a salesman with Zeigler immediately contacted the dealership in Elkhart and requested the Jeep to be transported to the Stadium Dr. dealership (without even knowing how serious we were about the purchase). Kenneth had the Jeep in Kalamazoo by noon the next day!! Which saved us a trip to Indiana! We took the Jeep for a test drive and we were extremely impressed by all the extras (bells and whistles) that were added onto the Jeep by its previous owner! My 18 year old son was impressed!! Plus the dealership sold the Jeep for such a reasonable amount (even with all the extras). Kenneth went over ALL the details of the Jeep from prior ownership to any work that had been done. They also gave the Jeep a tuneup so it was absolutely perfect and ready to go! I can’t say enough nice things about Kenneth! He was so extremely personable and was interested in getting to know my family (and our needs). He bonded right away with my son because they both play tennis and both had participated in theater! He was very open when I asked him questions about himself. He has a terrific life story! He has only been with Zeigler for 9 months but I would have thought he had been there for years. You can tell that he cares for his employer (he shared some important facts)! My husband and I did buy the Jeep! We plan to continue giving Zeigler our business especially if Kenneth is there! They are fabulous!

Excellent Customer Service…They kept me informed on what was being done and had my vehicle fixed by the end of the day. They are honest with repairs that aren’t needed. I asked them to change my brakes and was informed that brakes were in great condition and did not need to be replaced. They suggested a few things that were needed and made sure I was informed of the full cost before proceeding. Definitely would recommend there Service Department!!

James was wonderful, very easy to work with and found the car I was looking for. James had to look many different places and went through hoops to get me what I wanted. I am very satisfied with James Oliver. I’ve known James for many years In the car industry, and he has always been helpful and has a great personality. He is a wonderful person to work with and I will come back to see him for my next vehicle . If you’re looking for someone who will do anything for you, that’s James Oliver.
