My review is based upon two young sales representatives I have just recently had the positive and highly refreshing opportunity to work with at this Dealership. I'm 65, and I have purchased too many cars to count in my own life and they have ranged from high end imports ( Porsche, BMW, Audi, Lincolns, I've had suvs convertibles and domestics..) However at this juncture my need has been in the low end of used vehicles due to personal obligations regarding family members that are very ill, that I assist. When I met called this Ziegler inquiring on my current circumstacisl choices I was put in touch with Alex Mc Goughy. This young man, went so out of his way to avail himself to my needs it almost astounded me. He verbally committed of his own personal coalition to assist me and did so by even coming into work the day he was graduating from MI State University with his master's degree. ( My range is at the lowest price point which remains notable because he and his chosen associate Evan Oden are the salesmen that are making their commissions from New BMWs , Lincolns, Toyotas Etc.) When Alex was off, he personally chose Evan Oden to avail himself to my needs and Even remains as notably HONEST, incredibly willing, and attentive as I have ever experienced in any niche marrket or otherwise in a very long history as a consumer.. I feel this is such an important issue it begs to be noted and appropriately recognized because these qualities are not bought.. They don't alter or lose integrity over superfluous and short term " wins" This world can be cool and unkind, And I feel they deserve total recognition for maintaining a level of rare and highly valuable standards . My family had a troubling experience with Jonathan. On paper, he offered my elderly mother $2,400 for her van. When he arrived, he abruptly dropped the offer to $1,000 — less than half — and the shift from “helpful and respectful” to pressure tactics was obvious. The next day he contacted her again with a false narrative about having a buyer lined up, which felt inappropriate and manipulative toward an older seller. We declined and sold the van to another professional organization that was fully transparent and honored their original $2,400 offer. I’m sharing this so other families, especially those with elderly sellers, know to be cautious and get multiple quotes.

I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from a wonderful sales lady by the name of Bree at Zeigler Hyundai Racine WI. Instead, I bought the same vehicle from another dealership at a higher price because of the rude and unnecessarily aggressive behavior of their sales manager, first name Abel.

I would strongly advise seeking service for your Jeep at an alternative dealership. While I have purchased several vehicles from Zeigler in the past and enjoyed positive sales experiences, the service department at this location has been profoundly disappointing. The initial diagnosis was incomplete due to an apparent lack of due diligence, leading to a protracted repair process characterized by repeated re-evaluations and errors in parts procurement. These inefficiencies have left me without a definitive timeline for completion on what should have been a straightforward repair. Ultimately, I determined that the additional expense of towing my vehicle to another Jeep dealer was preferable to allowing this service department to continue. A professional service center should provide a thorough initial assessment and ensure timely repairs with accurate parts ordering—standard expectations that were not met here. Furthermore, management has been unwilling to offer any meaningful customer service recovery to address these significant delays.
