I had been working with Alex at Zeigler BMW on purchasing a new car for a few months and was leaning towards the BMW x3. Alex was knowledgeable, responsive and fun to work with. I ended up wanting a little more room and decided to go next door with a Lincoln Nautilus, which he was also able to help me with. Not only was he was able to find the EXACT one I was hoping for, he went above and beyond and personally went to get it for me. He even wrapped it with a big, beautiful red bow and rolled out the red carpet! My husband will be needing a new car soon and we will definitely go back to Alex. I HIGHLY recommend him!
I just worked with Jon at Harold Zeigler BMW to trade in my M240i for my wife’s BMW X4, and the entire experience was flawless. Jon was incredibly transparent throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt confident in every step. The trade-in value was fair, the communication was excellent, and the whole deal moved faster than I expected. His enthusiasm for cars and customer service is top notch. If you want someone who genuinely takes care of you and makes the car-buying process smooth and stress-free, ask for Jon. Highly recommend working with him and the whole team at Harold Zeigler BMW.
Alex & Tony were amazing to work with! Alex even delivered the car to me, made the whole experience feel special, and took the time to walk me through all the features. He truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more thankful. 10/10 experience with Zeigler BMW of Kalamazoo—highly recommend! Thank you both!!!
We had been looking for a vehicle for some time, Alex stayed patient and in touch with vehicles he thought would be a good fit. We found the perfect one and we cannot thank Alex enough for helping us, we may have taken awhile to get a new vehicle, but he stuck with us! We are very pleased with our entire experience and love our 2026 BMW X1
Had a great experience with Alex who has helpful and knowledgeable. Smooth experience and helped to spec the exact car I was after. Definitely recommend Alex and the team at Ziegler!
