Express Auto of Kalamazoo

I have been with express auto for over 2 years now. I have never been late on my payments up until recently. I had surgery and was off work for 8 weeks. I struggled to pay my car but I managed. When I was 2 days late, Patricia Snyder called me 3 times while I was at work. She was very rude on the phone. I explained that I had just gone back to work after being on medical leave. She didn’t care at all. I asked for some grace with it as I have not been late before that. I am still struggling with catching up and I was told there was no way to get any help from express auto. Patricia Snyder is very rude and cold hearted when it comes to talking to people. I would love to speak with a supervisor or someone higher about this situation.

DONT BUY FIRST TIME BUYER!!!Great customers service until you drive the car off the lot. Not to mention the car I was sold wasn’t serviced or worked on, nor detailed in the inside of the car. Was told $100 would be taking off the payment but it didn’t happen when the bill came. They don’t offer a tow service once your vehicle isn’t drivable with the 7 day warranty, they mechanics don’t fix anything they tell you they’re going to call you they don’t. They told me my car was being looked at and worked on but it was still in the parking lot. Not getting worked on or looked at. My sister brought her car up there as well for the same issues (OVERHEATING) and 3 days into the drop off my car hasn’t been looked at or touched and my sisters cars getting looked at and taken care off right after the drop off as of yesterday! Don’t buy your car from here not even your first they give you false hope for a lemon car DONT BUY!!! Also their mechanics don’t know what they’re doing so your best bet is going to another dealership! Low down payment for a car that was only driven for 10hrs MAX LITERALLY

Absolutely terrible service. Oil cooler was cracked when we bought it. they would not cover the deductible even though bringing it to their attention within 30 days of buying it. The lady at the service desk is rude and very unprofessional. Continuously telling me one thing then doing the complete opposite. Ive been waiting for 3 days now for them to tow away my vehicle for them to fix what they broke the first time trying to fix it. They sold me a pos while knowing it was a pos. Whatever you do, do NOT go to express auto!!! You will immediately regret ever doing business with these people. Hands down do NOT recommend this place. Save yourself the trouble and take your money elsewhere. I sure wish i did.

They literally sue homeless people who lost everything and are crippled. The send the summons to the address they told them they were no longer living to get a default but jokes on them cant get money from a homeless dying person. Never purchase from here if you're smart go anywhere but here. Greg the manager makes deals then breaks them too and they have zero consequences for lies and selling you a lemon.

Very poor service department and I will never buy another vehicle from them...almost 2 years ago my elderly mother and I got a van through them and I was told they would fix what was wrong with it and they never did. I have put in almost $4000 into it...I will not let any of my friends or family buy a car from there..
