I am very impressed with the service my wife and I got here. Working with Charles, Jake, and Eric was a breeze. They held a car we wanted for us. It even was in the showroom at our arrival - so cool! Another nice touch was the General Manager , Dan , coming up to us and introducing himself. Overall just a great experience. Will go out of my way to come back and buy a car from Coke Buick GMC.
My experience with Cole Nissan was great! I located the car I wanted online and they had it all gassed up and ready for me to test drive the moment I arrived. Clint joined us on our test drive (since we were unfamiliar with the area) and was very friendly without being pushy. Jeremy was very nice and willing to work with me on the price for my trade-in, and Paul was extremely helpful explaining my different options in financing and warranties. I felt as if everyone at the dealership was genuinely excited to help the customer and not just doing a job, and as someone who has worked in sales, that is very high praise! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will be telling my friends and family to check them out next time they need a vehicle. Thanks Cole Nissan, I love my new car!
Nice selection of new and used. Sales people I encountered were not pushy. Couldn't find the price point I was looking for at this time but still great experience. Would easily recommend.
