Very professional and the most pleasant car buying experience I've every had. Doug was fair and honest. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a newer used vehicle. I'm also looking forward to using their service center for my next oil change. They handled everything and whole experience was great. Their reputation is superior from everything I've ever heard through the years and now that I've bought my 1st vehicle I see why that is.

I worked with Doug to replace my 2018 Tahoe that was no longer required for towing a travel trailer. He found me a beautiful 2023 GMC Terrain with low miles in fantastic condition. We have been buying cars from Doug and Abbey for at least 20 or so years. They have impeccable impeccable customer service and are honest reliable people. We have been treated fairly and have always been satisfied with our purchases. Our children have bought their cars there and have been pleased as well. The service department where Alex works is top notch and he is a man that knows his way around tech issues. If you want a Christian honest dealer this is the place.

We have lived in Kalamazoo for 34 years. They are excellent, professional and easy to deal with. They have found excellent condition vehicles for you. Abby is a very professional sales person, helped us to go thru all the details of the used vehicles, the purchasing processes, transferring license plate, replacing the same insurance policy between the new and old one. We also met Bud and Doug, they are very nice. We saw and bought the vehicle we like, traded in our old Toyota, it took exactly 24 hours!!! Highly recommend to buy their vehicles if you or your friends need one.
