I found my 2008 Chevy Trailblazer SS online at One Way Auto Sales in Grand Rapids MI. I called on Christmas Eve morning and left a message hoping they would call me back. Fati called me back that same day in the afternoon. I let him know that I live in Maryland and wasn't sure about the process if we decided to purchase the vehicle. We followed back up after Christmas and we did a video call/walk around of the vehicle. He let me know it was in an accident and it has a rebuilt title. First, I have never bought a vehicle site unseen, in a different state and as well as something with a rebuilt title. He explained everything to me & my wife about how it would work and assured us he would help us through the process. Just like he said, he helped us through every aspect. We are truly impressed with the level of communication. When we received the vehicle it was exactly as shown to us on the video. He even took a video of it being loaded on the transport truck on its way to us. We definitely would recommend them to anyone. It is an honest family run business. 5 stars!!!

**long review, but worth the read** In 2019, I bought my very first car from One-Way Auto Sales, a 2009 Pontiac Vibe with only 60,000 miles. Buying a rebuilt title vehicle for my first made me nervous, but the owner reassured me that if I had any issues, I could bring the car back and he would make it right. And that’s exactly what he did. When I first picked up my car, the A/C wasn’t working. As soon as I let him know, he took care of it immediately, free of charge. But the main reason I want to leave this review is because of of the owners kindness and willingness to stick his neck out for me. I had just aged out of foster care, and I was part of a college support program that connected me with a Michigan state initiative which helps foster youth purchase their first vehicle by covering $3,000 of the cost. I had literally no money and depended on this program. For this to work, the dealership had to fill out sensitive paperwork, including personal and business information, and trust that the state would send the money afterward. Many dealerships refused to take that risk. This owner, however, didn’t hesitate. He believed in the program and in me. Because of his willingness to work with the state, I was able to buy my first car, a vehicle that carried me through my undergraduate degree, my master’s program, and now into my doctorate journey. It also allowed me to work as an EMT during school, making it possible to support myself. And here’s the best part: this rebuilt-title Pontiac has been nothing short of reliable. In all these years, it has never given me an issue beyond that initial A/C repair. I still drive it today, and I trust it to keep getting me where I need to go. If it weren’t for his trust and kindness, I honestly don’t know how I would have made it through school and work. He quite literally changed the trajectory of my life by being willing to take a chance on me when other dealerships wouldn’t. From what I’ve heard, he has even continued helping other students in similar situations since then. So if you’re considering buying from One-Way Auto Sales, especially if you’re nervous about rebuilt titles, know that this is a dealership where the owner stands by his word and truly cares about people. He gave me not just a car, but a foundation to build my future on. He deserves every bit of business and blessing coming his way. Looking for a car for my daughter for college. I tend to try and find the highest rated used car dealer. Which bought me to One way online. I found a car my daughter loved. I have boughten many cars in my 49 years. So I've dealt with many car salesman most are very pushy and not seem like they care. That is not One Way. They were very attentive to all of my questions and made me feel at ease I actually felt like I've known them awile. Theyfeel genuine like they really care. I will say it meant alot and I am already recommending to friends. Thank you.

Highly recommend One Way Auto! There’s no sales pressure, just an honest, helpful pleasant experience. Their pricing, quality and cleanliness far outweighs that of all the other dealers I had visited. They do beautiful body work and I felt perfectly confident purchasing a rebuilt vehicle from them.
