I was in a bind and needing a vehicle. I didn't have a bunch of money and I knew my credit wasn't good. They got me a loan on a nice little Equinox with just 300 down and trading my scooter in. Now I'm able to get to work. Thank you Toby

I bought a 2013 Ford Fusion from this dealership and the car itself is in excellent condition. It’s clear the vehicle was well taken care of before being sold. However, I would strongly recommend against buying from here if you do not live in Michigan. The salesman I dealt with was brilliant during the first week after purchase, but once issues started coming up, communication completely disappeared. My temporary plates expired and I still had not received my title in the mail. It took over a month for the title to arrive, and during that time my messages were being read but not responded to for over two weeks. On top of that, I was instructed to sign the title in the wrong places, which nearly caused the DMV to reject my registration and plates. I also never received the Statement of Sale in the mail, which was required for transferring the car into my name. The whole process caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress. While the car itself is great, the customer service and post-sale support were extremely poor and very disappointing

terrible dealership! worked w sam and toby they are liars don’t answer questions straight forward and sold me a faulty car. the day after getting it the engine light was on. i went and got it ran by auto zone and came back that very day was told it would be fixed that monday. what they claimed would be a 2-3 hour job only took 45. they fixed the a/c but 15 min later the light was back on. i took it to a mechanic to get everything checked and it’s nearly $2,000 to repair a vehicle i just got, on top of that they claim i have warranty but the company has yet to see me in the system. i was told i could trade out of the car for something “better” but when i came to trade back into my original car that they only gave me $1700 for are now selling for $6000 which equals the worth of this vehicle i was told no it’s too soon. do not buy here, they will sweet talk you into thinking you’re making the right decision. the owner also thinks it’s okay to get in women’s face and vape on the job.

Literally bought a car over a month ago and here it is one month later I have yet to receive the title in the mail then I set up multiple SOS appointments to be told the vehicle is still not in my name yet the paperwork was supposedly taken to the SOS the same day now I just keep getting the run around have bought multiple cars from other dealers never took a month to get a title the most I've waited was 2 weeks had coworkers who also wanted to buy cars from here I've changed there minds quickly to go elsewhere. This will be my first and last time buying from there lot. If I could give 0 stars I would
