I had a very good experience with Matt at Auto Sport Inc. He was so incredibly helpful and made the process fast and efficient. He definitely goes out of his way to listen and look for the best solution for his customers and when they decide to pull the trigger he makes it a very quick and painless process. In a world where convenience is king, this dealership stays competitive and above the curve when it comes to customer service and knowledge of their brands. I bought a car from Connor Trevino and he was beyond helpful. He seems to know what he’s doing really well! Connor was very nice and very honest as well. I’m super happy for my purchase and would recommend him to everyone!!!

I bought my first new (to me) car this past Saturday, and I was incredibly happy with the entire process. The sales team gave me a great deal, and Tim, in particular was incredibly helpful with everything. He didn't push anything unwanted on us and made the whole deal easy.

So Me and my friend recently bought a 2019 charger from Auto Sport and everything was great until we pull off a lot with the car and then I started hearing a rattling noise and also the windshield fluid wiper Don’t work. Now mind you I contacted the dealership and let them know that I wanted to bring the car in, but it was also loops and hoops that I had to go through just to get in contact with A older guy named MARK ( he’s the one that sold us the vehicle ). So I brought the vehicle in recently to get the holes punched in the bumper so that the license plate can be screwed in (I know Crazy right like how are the holes not punched in for the license plate before or after the sell 🤔). But anyways, the main reason why I brought it in there was for the rattling Noise & “Mark” Straight lied to me and my friend by saying that he fixed the rattling noise when all he did realistically was take it around the block and then bring it back. Now present time basically me and him are going back-and-forth because I missed two appointments but mind you life is life and things come up I communicated that with him the first time, but the second time I didn’t get a chance to reach out right away . And I don’t think he understood that so then the way he came off it’s like he wants to down talk to you like you’re his child or something and professionally that’s not how you conduct yourself at all because if he was out on the streets or in a public setting, he wouldn’t come off like that at all so why come off to a customer that literally recently bought a vehicle from you and put money in you guys‘s pocket?! I think (Mark) that guy is just money hungry and I think that he was just ready for his commission and now that his sale is finalized he got that so he wiped his hands with us. If you go through that dealership don’t go through him seriously, you probably won’t even get in contact with him because he’s “Busy” but yet his phone is always on lol. I heard great things about “ Connor “ and also “ Mike “ Is the supervisor and I think he does a great job!!!!!! But i’m posting this review specifically for any buying customers that’s thinking about going there just don’t go through him like I said I think he’s rude. I think he’s money hungry and honestly a liar because why say you fix something if you never even Attempted to try to fix it, but lied and said that you did and now we still have this ongoing problem because you lied and said you fixed it when it could’ve been taken care of already ( actually, should’ve been taken care of before The car even got pulled off the lot, the vehicle should’ve got serviced for those Things I’m not understanding why it wasn’t).

If you are ok with their mechanics and one of the owners lying to your face about your potential purchase not needing the repairs you can see with your own 2 eyes, and saying that the coolant and oil leaking was because the roads were slush covered. Then this is absolutely the place you should buy your next vehicle!
