I came in for a multiple purchase of a truck and a car for the wife. I was greeted immediately and paperwork was processed quickly. The truck didn’t work out for me but I was able to cash out on a nice car for the wife. Overall experience was great

My husband and I purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey 3 weeks ago. We searched for months for an Odyssey that was in good shape, lower miles and in our price range- We were thrilled when we found it here! The sale was seamless, no run arounds and Gary was very professional. The van is very reliable for our family of 7---THANK YOU! Also, just to add that after driving the van for a week I felt the front brakes needed to be done. I spoke with Pete the owner when getting the license plate and with out question he told me to schedule a time that worked with me and would have the work done at no charge!. He did NOT have to do this but they did which says a lot about a dealership... I really am shocked by any bad reviews and truly believe they are not giving full facts. I do not question the ethics ran here and fully trust they stand behind their vehicles. This is not a run down lot. They have quality vehicles. THANK YOU MI USED CARS!!! Michelle

One of the best car buying experiences I have encountered ( and I have bought a lot of cars ). Gary was professional and straight forward. Gave me a very fair price on an excellent Honda vehicle. Pietro finished my paperwork quickly and was very professional and friendly. Tiffany called me the next business day and had my license plate ready. I have been in sales for almost 25 years and know all of the "tricks of the trade". If you want a straight forward no pressure experience, see these folks. I will recommend them to everyone. P.S. My wife loves her new car!

The most hassle free car buying experiences of my life. Gary is extremely courteous, was prompt, and knew exactly who I was and what vehicle I was after. Pete was fantastic in doing some honest negotiations. We agreed upon 4 new tires and he had them on the truck the very next day when I picked it up. Gary had all the paperwork ready and I was out the door. Great guys, great service!

Good selection of cars is about the only good thing I can say. I found a vehicle on Auto Tempest that I liked, and submitted an inquiry to test drive it. Gary Sloan responded in a timely manner, stating the car was in good condition and ready to test drive. I inquired what his hours are, and he notified me that they are open 6 days a week with the hours on Saturday being 9:00-4:00. I told him I would be there tomorrow (Saturday) to test drive the vehicle. I arrived at 1:00 on Saturday and walked into an empty office. Soon after Gary walked in and notified me they were in the process of closing for the day. I asked if the vehicle I requested a test drive was still available to look at. I was allowed to look at the vehicle, but not test drive it. The entire time I was evaluating the vehicle I felt like I was nuisance to Gary, rather than a potential customer. I've never had a salesman act so cold and distant to me while I was interested in their merchandise. Overall lack of consideration for customer service, and I would recommend you take your business elsewhere. Gary will not give you the time of day, so I would not give him your dollar.
