Quick, painless, great customer service and a happy wife in my life is the least I can say about Brian and Brandon. The vehicle was super clean which isnt easy to find in Michigan. Being able to have a great interest rate, good monthly payment and no issues with the vehicle made this a great experience all around. I never normally do this because I know it’s not always the best way to handle things, but I truly do love my car. Unfortunately, all four of the tire PSI sensors were out when I bought it. There’s also a large circular crack in the bottom left-hand corner of the windshield. I didn’t get a chance to properly test drive the car since I had already been without one for two months. The way it drives isn’t the issue it drives great. I would just like the PSI system and the windshield to be fixed. I texted about it, and Brian said he would call me, but I didn’t receive a call. He then said he would call the next day, and I still didn’t hear from him not even a follow-up text until I reached out again. I didn’t get a response, just a call back today. I guess I’m just feeling disappointed because I’ve seen in the reviews that other people’s issues were resolved, and I’m not sure why mine hasn’t been handled the same way.

They sell lemons. Only 9 months and I've already replaced all 4 tires, all brakes and rotors, battery, alternator, wheel bearings and coil packs. I just needed a vehicle to get thru my last year of college and got completely screwed by these people. please, for the love of god save your money. ***Edit*** I 100% bought from this dealership but do not feel comfortable using my name.

Looked at a truck a couple weeks ago on Friday. Brian and I had agreed on price and trade in. Brian agreed to let me take the truck to my mechanic for a pre purchase inspection, but they were closing and my mechanic was already closed for the day. Brian said not to worry and to call first thing Monday morning and we would figure the details out. I called my mechanic first thing and got an appointment. I call J's as soon as they opened and they didn't pick up. I called several times and finally they picked up. Brian askede when I could be there and that the truck was burried behind other cars. Brian then said he had someone drive the truck that morning already ( how can this be when i literally am talking on the phone with him 5 mins after they opened, and the fact that the truck was burried.) He said that he was very busy and that he would call me back. He never called and when I called him when I was on my way to pick up the truck, he said he sold it. I had already left work to figure out the details, and now I had to cancel appointments I made that morning with my mechanic. Brian said that he didn't hold the truck because I did not put down a deposit (deposit is non-refundable $500 and if I needed to back out due to a bad inspection, I would be out that money. When we made the deal on Friday, he said not to worry about it if I called first thing Monday morning. I did call first thing and my response was "Sorry, House Rules." This experience was very disappointing and its sad to see that Brian backed out of a deal that we had and that he did not honor our agreement. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BRIAN AGAIN.

Just a couple days ago I took a 2011 Jeep Wrangler that was lifted for a test drive. Windshield had a crack all the way across, tires were shot, muffler had about 8 different welds on it due to holes, all suspension was shot as well. Engine had almost no power when accelerating. When I mentioned all of this, I was told “All lifted Jeeps drive like that” also “Engine might not have much power but it’s bulletproof”. Sorry but that’s not how any vehicle should handle when driving. Jeep shouldn’t even be on the road in its condition. They also offered me half the value on my trade. My truck was nicer than most of the garbage they had on the lot. Typical used car lot selling junk for a high dollar and then don’t stand behind them! The reviews don’t lie, used car salesman do!
