Jadon went above and beyond to help me! We have 8 children in our foster home and had to take 2 vehicles if we wanted to anywhere together - so driving around to look/test drive vehicles wasn't an option! I was so impressed with Jadon! He sent me photos/videos, test drove it for me, and had my financing all set - all I had to do was sign a few papers and pick it up! They had 2 passenger vans I was torn between, so I asked Jadon to inspect them like he was picking one for his mom. (Thankfully, he loves his mom!😊) He was honest, and told me the cheaper one was the better one - even though it meant less commission to him. That speaks volumes about his character and integrity!

I live an hour away. I was shopping online and got connected Jadon who helped me with all my questions about inventory and if it would work worth driving there because I was only able to pay cash so I was very limited on inventory. He was very patient. Then when we made it there he was super helpful and patient. I will be sending anyone else looking for used vehicles here.

We bought a Promaster from Glenn a couple of weeks ago. Since that time we have had some issues with it. 1st-the battery has had to be continually jumped to get the truck running. 2nd- the brake warning light and buzzer came on when we coming home from Detroit the first weekend we drove it. We had it checked out and found out that the battery was not "new" as had been promised- it was an old piece of crap that had been reconditioned. The brakes were downright dangerous! The pads on all four tires were completely gone and the sensor wires were completely severed. We were in danger of complete brake failure every time we drove the vehicle. I am extremely disappointed that a new battery wasn’t put in as promised and that you knowingly let us drive that vehicle off your lot with the brakes in that condition .
