I normally visit the Hudsonville location and didn't realize this one was here. I needed to get an oil change and this location was closer to other things I had to do today, so I made an appointment online. Everything went well and the oil change was less expensive than the ones I get at Valvoline. They also do the multi-point inspection, and free tire rotation, which the other place wouldn't do. The girl who helped me was friendly and helpful with questions I had that were unrelated to my oil change. This will be my go-to place for oil changes now.

I wanted to take the time to write about my experience shopping for a new vehicle at the Baker Auto Grandville location. Overall, I had a great experience! My salesperson, Maria, was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, my equinox was found to have a leak, but the Baker team addressed this issue completely and efficiently. You must always be proactive when purchasing a new vehicle, and I was impressed at how committed Baker Auto Grandville is to providing their customers with quality service and vehicles. I wanted to also mention, Bri from the service center was also very friendly and knowledgeable! My experience with the service center has led me to decide that I will be coming here for all service needs of my new 2016 equinox. Ultimately, communication of BOTH parties is key when purchasing a new vehicle, so I would take some of those negative reviews with a grain of salt. Thank you Baker Auto Grandville team for making the process of purchasing a new vehicle easy and pleasant!

Sales department was amazing to me helping me find the right vehicle and right lender but on the other hand the Service center was not so great - Purchased a used 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from this dealership on 5/8/2026 for $13,000 “as-is,” and within TWO HOURS of getting it home I discovered a coolant leak. After inspecting it further, there were obvious signs that radiator stop leak had been added to temporarily hide the issue instead of properly repairing it. I immediately contacted the dealership and dropped the van off on Sunday night 5/10/2026 for them to look at, expecting them to stand behind what they sold. Instead, I was told they planned to charge me for both the diagnosis and repairs — on a vehicle I had barely owned for two hours. Selling a vehicle with a concealed cooling system problem and then refusing to help the customer afterward is unacceptable. “As-is” should not mean knowingly covering up major issues just long enough to get the vehicle off the lot. Very disappointed with the lack of honesty, accountability, and customer service. Buyers should be extremely cautious and thoroughly inspect any vehicle before purchasing from this dealership.

I try to avoid writing negative reviews, but I feel like this is necessary. If you are considering visiting this dealer, please do not bother. Went to go look at an RAV4 and I felt my time was wasted with a very bad sales experience working with a poorly informed and unprofessional staff. The vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke, had tears on the leather, had the maintenance required light on, and was missing a head rest. It had at least six other issues I was able to list. The vehicle was obviously not ready to be on the lot. I was ready to buy that day with a solid offer but the sales person and the sales manager sounded like they had never even looked at the vehicle. It was not priced with these issues in mind, and they just kept insisting that it was underpriced already. If I brought up the issues the sales manager just kept saying “That’s the first I am hearing about that” as if we were making it up. I don’t understand what kind of sales tactic it is to gaslight us into thinking we made up the issues. Regardless of whether or not you heard about it, you can go look at the car right now and see it. On top of the car issues, the sales manager was wearing grubby sweat pants and a hoodie when he spoke with us. Please, if we take the time to come to your establishment, at the very least dress like a professional human being. He was by far the worst put together person in the building. I could see the other employees being underdressed but not the manager. It takes a lot to disrespect me but he somehow wore the perfect attire to say “I don’t give a crap about customers or my job”.
