I have nothing but amazing things to say about everyone at Good Motor Company! We started our search with Rio at the Allendale location. Such a great dude! He sent us to go look at a couple of trucks that were newly listed at their Wyoming location. There, we met with Kyle. Another awesome guy! He showed us and let us test drive both of the trucks we were eyeing. We never once felt pressured and every question was answered with honesty. We left with our new (to us) 2024 RAM 2500 Bighorn truck and are extremely satisfied with our decision! We HIGHLY recommend working with Good Motor Company if you are in the search for new wheels!

I called to see if a vehicle was available and spoke with Jeff. After car shopping and test driving three different RAV4s from Muskegon, Hudsonville, Grand Rapids, I was feeling discouraged. Jeff was working with a customer when I arrived so he gave me the keys and said go take it for a drive. I absolutely loved the car! In my price range and under 100,000 mi. However, it was 10 years old. I was hesitant at first, but Jeff went over all of the previous maintenance history of the vehicle with my mom and I. There were a couple minor things that needed to be fixed that I was able to come back the next day and pick up the vehicle. Highly recommend good motor if you are in need of a vehicle! Jeff has been doing this a long time and not once did we feel pressured to make the deal. He showed the facts and explained how we could add a warranty if we wanted. Great experience!!

Update: Most dealerships would never go to the lengths they went for us. A few days after purchase the car dash lights came on. I even had a pre-purchase inspection done that wouldn’t have caught this particular issue. I signed an “As Is” contract, but reached out to them about it just in case they would help me. They had me return the vehicle, replaced a few parts, and even took it to a Honda Dealership to make sure they didn’t miss anything! My car is now absolutely perfect because of their integrity and hard work. I cannot recommend them enough, they will go to any length to help their customers leave happy with their purchase. It’s rare to find a dealership with this level of customer support, and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle in the future. If you are looking for a trustworthy dealer, this is 100% the place to go. Jeff was excellent! He was very communicative, and jumped through so many hoops to get my Honda CRV ready for the final purchase. He even took it for a pre-purchase inspection for me because I live far away, to save me a trip. I cannot recommend him and Good Motor company enough for their integrity, fairness, and knowledge. You get peace of mind while supporting a family-owned business. We drove over an hour to get a vehicle with them.

Bought my son's 1st car here as a gift for college. Terrific experience other than the bad Michigan weather. Car was as advertised and dealership was impressive. Just a little thing but speaks volumes for their customer service: provided a requested special plate and sent two temporary tags to cover the wait time. Highly recommended!
