I rarely write reviews, but this company deserves the small effort on my part. On Saturday, my car broke down within walking distance to Lakeland Car Co. I walked over, and they said they had a full day on Monday, but they would try to get to my car if they had time (Tuesday at the latest). They called me before noon on Monday, gave me a quote, and by early afternoon, had replaced the starter and had it up and running perfectly. I am so grateful for the speed and efficiency of this company. I know there aren't many good mechanics out there, but this is one of them. Special thanks to Levi the mechanic for going above and beyond with outstanding customer service. I'm so grateful.
I purchased a vehicle last August and have been great to work with they even threw in a free oil change.. I also has some issues after my purchase which they help me get resolved thanks to the staff at Lakeland car Co.
Took my car there to get the brakes done they advertised "$150 brakes" but once they get your vehicle on the lift the price will change. Levi recommended rotors I thought okay do those too, no big deal. But I found out they will charge big money to have those done. The Levi guy in service said that once they touch the rotors "the original deal goes out the window" and they charge labor on everything. $140 an hour labor . Even my physician doesn't make that much per hour! Classic bait and switch. Cost me an extra $175. Lesson learned and I won't be back.
