My wife and I looked at several dealerships while shopping for Subaru's. 3 different ones had the same type of business model- buying cars that have been in an accident and fixing them up. Flex had by far the best quality of vehicles. Their craftsmanship is impressive. This is our 3rd rebuilt title car so we know what to look for. I would highly recommend stopping out and talking to Isaac about what they have to offer. He was patient and we felt no pressure from him. The whole process was transparent and easy.
Four month review! It’s been just about four months since I brought home my used Subaru and I love it! The car was in excellent condition inside and out. A pre-purchase inspection revealed few issues, and some anticipated issues like tire wear, AC compressor that would have cost me a lot in the first year of purchase were fixed by the Flex team on the house as part of my purchase. Jasmin and her team are collaborative, communicative and no-pressure. Jasmin let me keep the car on hold for a month while I dealt with an insurance pay-out and she kept me informed about it the whole time.
Me and my parents had an amazing experience here after I had a rollover accident with one of our vehicles on the way to see my sister for Christmas. My parents had to go kn to Canada and I needed a way home and they came in early Monday the 29th just to be able to get us on the road as soon as possible. They were wonderful to work with and even checked the one issue with the right side vent not blowing as hot as the left to let us know what we needed to get fixed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the Grand Rapids/Holland area!
