Ok. We all want to hate used car dealers. But I'm impressed with this one. Fun atmosphere. Small lot with well chosen inventory. Great to deal with. They live up to what they promise and deliver a well detailed car.

Just bought a truck from Dave at Mass Auto. Honestly, very easy and low pressure experience. I see some tough reviews on here and they definitely do not reflect the experience I had. The thing with buying a used car is just that, it’s a used car. The more miles and older the vehicle, the bigger the gamble. You need to know that going into it and not try to hold these small businesses accountable for every possible thing that could go wrong with a 10+ year old vehicle. Thank you Dave! We’ll be back

Do not buy here. The cars are junk. They say if you have a problem we will fix it. What they don't say is that they use parts from the junk yard and it will take days to fix anything. A couple of days after buying a vehicle here it broke down. They tried to fix it couldn't ,so they just cleared the lights on the dash. They took it for an inspection ( I did not ask them do that ) and had an inspection sticker put on even though it doesn't pass inspection. I paid a lot of money for a car that now sits in my driveway in limp mode 6 months after purchase. Six months after purchase here is some of the stuff wrong with my car, 1. Lights do not work half the time 2. Clock spring ( they fixed) needs to be replaced 3. No heat ( they tried to fix). 4 No four wheel drive 5 Misfires ( they tried to fix, and couldn't) JUNK CAR DEALERSHIP. DO NOT BUY HERE

This business alone shouldn’t be functioning or running at all. Countless horror stories from this place. He buys all his cars without looking through them and completely tries to take every dime you have when going over down payments. He sits at his desk and puts in his own numbers to make it what he wants, he will not help you at all and while he’s talking to you he will make you feel like you’re under him. No respect for a business like this when this is how they treat and handle their customers. Don’t even get me started on him not honoring THE LEMON LAW. When I was gonna buy a car from him is exact words were “once this car is off the lot it’s sold how it is” that isn’t legal by any means at all. Don't go here, take a 20 minute drive up to Milford and see the amazing people at Milford Auto Mall. They use the same people as this place for financing (CREDIT ACCEPTANCE) and ACTUALLY GET YOU APPROVED, not take more from you! Don't go here, you’ll be making a mistake.

The owner, Dave was easy to work with. Straightforward and nice. Prices are right around where the prices are everywhere. He got our deal done and worked with us and got our truck on the road. Update Been a few months. The vehicle I purchased from this dealer has been nothing but trouble. The first one was a total lemon. We didn’t even get it through inspection. So the staff found another truck. Ran great for a few weeks. Then all the electrical issues began presenting. Heat and ac don’t work right. Transmission has major shifting issues. Headlights dim and brighten randomly. It seems like any time I turn a switch or use an option I find a new problem with it. The rear shocks feel totally blown out. Now some of this is wear and tear that happens with used vehicles. Some of it is costly to repair and it’s wrong to cover the problems up. I have to say I was quite wrong with my original post.
