Great service and honest. Told me what the problems were with the car before driving to MA. Drove all the way from Philadelphia for a great deal on a Audi A3. A bit worried because the car had rust but it’s something you have to expect when you buy cars in MA. I gave 5 stars because they were honest about selling the car “as is” and I was well aware it needed work. A lot of hard work was put into the car and it’s running like brand new. Will be using these guys again.

These guys are scammers. They don't even leave students to scam. My friend purchased a car from them considering low mileage and good looks. They sold it expensive and we thought that car looks and runs good and with low mileage it is fine to pay little extra. But this guys kept issues hidden. Within 7 days my friend reported an issue. They kept denying it. So we got this checked from multiple mechanics and vw authorised service center but they still kept denying to help. They just say for the sell if any issue comes within 7 days we will help and they force you to get inspection done so they can deny the help saying inspection passed. My friend bought a passat from them which has transmission leak, engine oil leak and on top of that it failed the inspection. And now they are not even responding to texts or calls. Don't get fooled by their words. They do not even check vehicles before sell and later do not help. Their most reviews are fake.

**DON'T BUY VEHICLES FROM HERE** Recently purchased a 2010 passat Komfort from here for 4k. Within weeks it is identified with transmission issue but not a bad transmission as informed by mechanic. So to get the transmission service done before it goes bad received approx quote $500 to $800. Mechanic confirmed the vehicle sell value is actually below $3400 that too if no immediate major service needed. When I tried following this up with dealer, no support received. Owner of the dealership says its normal like multiple mechanics are wrong. So I would suggest don’t go on their words and test drive, make sure to get it checked my your own mechanic before making decision. They definitely sell unrepaired cars. I would say don't buy a car from them at all. And if you check the reviews history they seems only respond to positive reviews. Update: Volkswagen just confirmed that there is a huge leak from transmission fluid. 2nd there is even engine oil leak from the oil pan. Interestingly I did not see ny leak when I checked and purchased a vehicle. So it costed 3k vehicle to 5k now. Don't go with there words while a car purchase and make sure to get the car checked with your mechanic 1st.

My father in law who is 80 bought a 2013 Nissan Murano last weekend. My husband was there and also bought a used vehicle. My Father in law stopped right after buying it, to get something to eat, went out to start vehicle and it would not start at all.. Still doesn't start. He didn't have his cell phone, so he had to walk to his sister's or try to. He fell on his face, broke a tooth, split his face open. This guy orally agreed to 30 days (l know get it in writing). Well he now is saying "as is" refusing to fix, help or anything else. Now we also bought a vehicle 2015 Cadillac srx... 7 days out and check engine light is on. The reviews are real. Run don't walk away. Our lawyer will be taking care of this.

** SCAM DEALER** They sale defective cars and even if you report it in the 1st week of purchase as they state, they do not support. They ignore and tries to put blame on you. They sold me the car with leaking transmission they didn't agree. Just pushed me to get inspection done saying we will help you based on the report which actually showed further immediate action issues with car but after doing that they stopped responding. In fact they are not even taking responsibility of issue which failed the car inspection. Oil leak and transmission leak itself costing me more than 2.5k to get seviced and keep the car running. They sold the 2k car to me for 4k. I am taking them to court now cause I am a student and one who doesn't earns thousands of dollars to ignore this by repairing myself.
