Bought a 2019 Subaru Impreza at MetroWest in April. Had a professional experience from the beginning with the team - Ihor and Yana. 1. Conversation with the team was always to the point, informative and polite. 2. No-stress, hands-off buying experience - gave me time to explore the car on my own, take a test drive, ask questions. 3. Carfax was available, car was detailed, serviced and ready to go. Team also took care of minor requests pre-delivery and helped me through the registration process. Im on my second purchase with MetroWest auto. The first one was so dependable, when it was time to upgrade, I came right back (5 years later). I really feel like I can trust them and they do a great job of making sure everything is gone over from bumper to bumper. Im really happy with my second purchase now and forsee having this car for years to come. Ihor and Eugene both bend over backwards to make sure the customer is happy. Stella and Luna are fantastic doggie hostesses and are very attentive to the customers with a lick and a promise.

I purchased this 2018 VW Tiguan from MetroWest and left the dealership extremely happy. The staff was professional, responsive, and made the entire process very smooth. They also have the cutest dogs ever — Luna and Stella! I definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking for a reasonably priced and reliable vehicle.
